We loved our stay, the hotel is excellent the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner most days and the food selection was really varied especially the desserts. A quick walk to the beach and near the old town too. We will definitely be back.

The hotel is lovely. Our room was very nice, clean and the beds are very comfortable. The public areas and the pools are just as lovely. Food was very nice, we only stayed bed and breakfast and can not fault it, good choice and very nice. Staff are all every friendly and welcoming. The location is great 2 mins from the beach, 20 mins walk to the old town and it is a nice walk along the beach. Beach is nice, lots of places to rent beds etc. Many nice places to eat. We really enjoyed our stay, i can not fault anything would definitely return and recommend.

We had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The pool area is kept spotless, offering a perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing all the comfort you could ask for. The pillows and mattresses ensure the perfect sleep, and the room comes with a generously sized balcony with comfortable chairs and a cosy corner for relaxation. The staff, from the administrators to the receptionists and waiters are incredibly welcoming and professional. Their warm smiles - special thanks to Mihalis, Baso, Nancy for making us feel comfortable in the restaurant - and attentive service made us feel right at home. The food is nothing short of spectacular, with dishes that go beyond expectations. Every meal was a culinary delight, but the desserts truly deserve all the stars—absolutely delicious! Kudos to the Chef! The restaurant is well-organized, even during busy times, and the staff manages the flow of people with ease and efficiency. The entertainment provided was classy and added to the overall experience, making evenings at the hotel enjoyable. Overall, Theartemis Palace is a top-notch destination where every detail is carefully considered. Highly recommended! You guys rule!

Amazing stay at this beautiful hotel which is a mile or so out of Rethymno Old Town. All the staff were very friendly and professional and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Rooms were fairly spacious, cool and relaxing. Very good nights sleep. Breakfast was excellent- wide range of choice and good standard. Busy at times but really well managed by the staff. Good location for beaches (pools are very nice though) and there’s a busy stretch of bars and restaurants nearby. We preferred to walk into the old town most evenings which is about 30 minutes gentle walk away. Small but perfectly adequate gym on site. Fresh towels up to twice a day for beach and pool use. Great place.

Booked as a very last minute holiday and couldn’t have been happier with the hotel. Given a room upgrade on arrival, complimentary drinks. Staff all really friendly and accommodating. Hotel was spotlessly clean and our room was tidied and given fresh towels daily. We did B&B and couldn’t fault the breakfast. No one goes hungry!! Bar poolside that serves drinks and reasonably priced food. Location wise there is a lovely Italian right outside which proved handy when we arrived late and was hungry, they’re open til late. Beach and further shops/restaurants/cafes all within reach. Alternatively a 20min stroll (or a taxi for 6€) takes you into the beautiful Old Town. Lots of beautiful highly rated restaurants, shops and Fortezza of Rethymno is worth a visit.

Amazing holiday with plenty choice of food! The beach was a stone throw away! Old town was within walking distance. Staff was friendly! Cocktails were too strong but we made the staff aware to tone down. We went all inclusive. Staff was so friendly and helpful

I stayed there just for 3 days and i will visit again for sure. Bed super comfort, very clean allover, breakfast with variety and very tasty. Restaurant with great dishes and special tastes. Hotel's team always smiling and kind and helpful. Location is ideal for walking around the city. Loved it!!
