Why close pool at 17.30, if Your on the way and out seeing things and exploring the island, u can’t even enjoy the pool, it’s ridiculous… max 2 stars The rest is overall 3 stars, hotel food, staff nice, shop inside hotel good and cheap, sorroundings are good but damn the pool is actually dumb.

We were here with a group of 10 people. Everyone was very satisfied. The staff is nice and helpful. The service on the beach is excellent. The rooms are clean, the food is delicious. We will definitely be back.

The hotel was very nice! We enjoyed our trip a lot! The breakfast was very delicious! The beach was clean and the beach employees were extremly friendly. After two days, they remembered our name! you have to pay 6€ for the umbrella and the lounger (you get a free water on top) There is a small supermarket, where you can buy all you need👌🏽

The restaurant nights got this great color after closing and when there were shows. Being the end of the season we only got to see two nights shows organised by our hotel. The food was good especially the olives and their bread but sometimes it was too monotone. In November almost everything was closed in the area, especially the extra tours that you could have booked. The only good thing was the in Chania and Rethymno the shops gave you extra reduced prices on their goods.

My friend Mauro and I decided to have lunch in this place. We ordered toast, a hamburger, 2 Cokes and a water. Very honest prices, the only problem is the service guy. Very rude. We asked to redo the hamburger because it was full of sauces and we had to pay it back. As if that wasn't enough, when the 2nd hamburger arrived he asked us to go and pay with the plate in front of us.

In German: Arrival at the hotel went well. 9 days 8 nights in a double room. The food was not freshly prepared. The best thing was the proximity to the beach and the friendly staff on the beach. When we got there, the lady at the reception said that it would take another 2 hours (on Check 24 it said 11:00 check in). When I asked again, the lady only told me after 3 hours. Fortunately, we were only able to check in after 1 hour after asking several times . In addition, the room was dirty when we checked in. The hotel room is 10 square meters and is not acceptable for the price-performance ratio. The beds become very uncomfortable after a few days, i.e. back pain. Mold on the air conditioning (see pictures). Bathroom is much too small. Toilets don't flush well. The loungers cost an extra €6 per day, which is not justified for the half board that is only available. The pictures of the hotel on the website do not correspond to the hotel in real life. Regarding the points listed, which are all negative, I would definitely not recommend the hotel and would never visit it again! There was mold on the air conditioning (see pictures), and the bathroom was too small. The toilet flush doesn't work well. The sunbeds cost an extra €6 per day, which is not justified for the half-board option(you can book maximum half-board option)the hotel pictures on the website do not match the actual hotel! Considering all the negative aspects, I definitely would not recommend the hotel!

On arrival we were updated to a suite, which was in the sister hotel a little further away (Ossirus). Room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was fine, dinner was OK, but we decided to eat out every day. Beds on the beach plus parasol cost per 2 € 8 euros per day. Beds at the pool are free. Service on the beach, but it is a lot cheaper to get drinks and snacks from the hotel supermarket/shop. Staff is very friendly. Large supermarket around the corner. The bus also stops at the corner. Please note that you can get bus tickets in the supermarket. Yes, the hotel is aimed at Germans, but you don't notice much of that. We thought it was a nice hotel

In this hotel, unfortunately, these are either in the basement/semi-basement, with indoor, unlit/ventilated children's rooms, or in a regular, approx. 20 m² double room, in which the children sleep in the entrance area of ​​the room (can be separated by a sliding door, no outside window). , on sofas and extra beds. With five people on 20 m² there is neither room for suitcases nor enough storage space in the closet and nobody can sleep well. During our stay in June not only we but also numerous other guests complained about the rooms. Bathroom tiny and not very well maintained (everything calcified), sink in the room instead of in the bathroom. Balconies with views of buildings opposite. We have never had such a bad, small and noisy room in our life and we have never slept so badly on vacation. We were also annoyed that everything costs extra in this hotel: loungers on the beach with cushions and an umbrella 8 euros per day extra, beach towel 1 euro per day, food in the beach restaurant 5 euros per day - only the seat with Sea view costs more! We have never experienced. It all adds up, especially since the drinks are also quite expensive (small beer 3.50, non-alcoholic children's cocktail 6.50, Aperol Spritz 9). The hotel has 2 restaurants, of which the one on the beach is very nice, but it costs the extra charge mentioned. The location of the other restaurant ("Garden") is not worth mentioning. The food is okay, but there is little variety and if you don't eat early, you only get a little - a lot of things are not refilled and then it's gone. For us, this holiday was not relaxing because of the terrible room, especially since the price-performance ratio was not right at all. We booked an all-inclusive price and paid a whopping 385 euros per night with half board, taking into account the flight (500 euros per person assumed). Unfortunately, that doesn't fit in the back and front and we feel vera... I think for two in a renovated double room with sea view and if you don't attach much importance to variety in food, this can definitely be a nice holiday. There are only a few parking spaces, the bus to Rethymnon runs nearby.

Wir haben als Paar zwei Wochen im Odyssia Beach Hotel verbracht. Pro: - sehr gute Lage am Strand - Rethymno fußläufig erreichbar Contra: - versteckte Extrakosten, 6€ je Sonnenliege pro Tag - Kein Ausschlafen, da Reinigungskräfte ab 07:30 lautstark reinigen - Zwei Klassengesellschaft in Bezug auf Restaurants (Vor Ort wird einem mitgeteilt, dass das Restaurant mit Meerblick pro Restaurantbesuch 5€ extra kostet - bei gleichem Essen). - Unfreundliches Personal im kostenfreien Restaurant (Teller werden hektisch abgeräumt, es wird nicht gelächelt, man erhält das Gefühl, dass über einen vom Personal gelästert wird). - Teure Getränkepreise trotz Halbpension (ist in Restaurants und Bars in Rethymnon günstiger) - Der Safe kostet 10€ extra - Sehr kleine Hotelzimmer, teilweise Souterrain. - Mensa Qualität des Essens. Insgesamt bekommt man den Eindruck, dass vom Hotel jede Möglichkeit ausgenutzt wird extra Geld zu generieren. Das Servicepersonal im kostenfreien Restaurant vermittelt eher den Eindruck pubertärer jugendlicher, als dem eines 4 Sterne Hotels. Fairerweise muss man sagen, dass sich die Restaurantleitung alle Mühe gab und sehr freundlich war, was leider nicht auf das Personal übertragen werden konnte. Zudem war das Servicepersonal am Strand sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Zusammenfassend wäre m.E. eine 3 Sterne Bewertung des Hotels gerechtfertigt.

Wir, Mutter/Tochter (56, 21) waren rundherum zufrieden. Top Lage direkt am Meer. Wir hatten glücklicherweise ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Die Zimmer sind modern und ausreichend eingerichtet. Vielleicht fehlt es etwas an Stauraum und Ablageflächen, vor allem wenn man länger als 1 Woche verreist... ;-) Auch im Bad könnte man evtl. ein paar Ablagen hinzufügen. Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Strand und Meer hervorragend. 1 Sonnenschirm mit 2 Liegen kosten 6 € pro Tag und man bekommt noch 2 Flaschen Wasser dazu. Im Hotel gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt mit ausreichendem Angebot an Getränken und kleinen Snacks. Ansonsten halten sich die Preise im wunderschönen Restaurant mit Meerblick für eine kleine Zwischenmahlzeit auch im Rahmen. Unbedingt buchen würden wir auf jeden Fall das Deluxe-Zimmer, denn nur hier kann man Frühstück und Abendessen im Sea-Side-Restaurant einnehmen!!!

Heute möchte ich für dieses hübsche Strandhotel eine "Lanze brechen". :) Wir waren schon im April zu Gast in diesen schönen, kleinen, familiär geführten Hotel und wir hatten eine großartige Zeit dort. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von den Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption herzlich empfangen und herum geführt. Woran es wohl lag... aber wir bekamen sofort ein upgrad und bezogen ein wunderbares Zimmer mit Meerblick! Die Farben der Einrichtung super passend zu der Idee des Strandhotels. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Betten breit und sehr bequem. In den folgenden Tagen (wir waren 12 Tage vor Ort!) wurden fast jeden Tag die Wäsche und die Handtücher gewechselt! Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervor zu heben sind die blonde Dame an der Rezeption, der Manager des Hauses und der junge Mann am Strand. Der Strand selber sauber und aufgeräumt. Das Restaurant wunderbar mit seinem Meerblick und der Luftigkeit. Auch das Essen (wir hatten HP gebucht) war lecker, manchmal sogar köstlich. Wir konnten den Köchen zuschauen, wie sie die Speisen für das Buffet zubereiteten. Die Kellner waren stets an unsrer Seite, um uns jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Shop auf dem Hotelgelände. Auch dort waren die Damen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit zu uns. Poolgröße...: es gibt hier Leute, welche diese bemängeln. Das finde ich eher seltsam, da die Fotos für sich sprechen und es in einem kleinen Hotel, wie diesen kein Riesenpool zu erwarten ist. ;) Der Ort... eher klein, aber nicht langweilig oder unangenehm. Der Weg am Strand nach Rhetymno einfach wunderbar! Und falls der Rückweg zu lang wird, da nimmt man sich ein Taxi für unter 10 Euro! Das Hotel liegt strategisch wunderbar, falls man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist und diese wunderschöne Insel erkunden will. Wir haben nur nach täglichen Bedarf ein Auto gemietet. 3 Minuten vom Hotel gibt es die erste kleine Autovermietung mit coolen Preisen (pro Tag ca 30 Euro) und vielen interessanten Erkundungstips. :) Insgesamt: der April ist ein wunderbaren Monat um Kreta zu erkunden! Wir waren schockverliebt, nicht zuletzt durch das Odyssia Beach Hotel! Wir möchten hier noch einmal allen Mitarbeitern herzlich danken, welche dazu beigetragen haben, daß wir so eine großartige Zeit auf Kreta hatten. :) :) :)

Wir waren sehr zufrieden . Wir durften im Partner Hotel Omiros übernachten und hatten dort ein sehr gutes Zimmer . Frühstück und Abendessen hatten wir hier eingenommen . Bei Halbpension gab es reichlich und gute Buffet Auswahl. Die Getränke Preise waren in Ordnung. Kleines Bier 3€ und 0,5 l Bier 5€ . Cocktails 9€ und Tages tip für 7€ . Das Personal war freundlich und schnell . Am Strand musste man 6€ für 2 liegen und nen Schirm bezahlen . Zusätzlich je Unterlage falls gewünscht 1€. Im Guten ist ein Kiosk der alles hat . Auch Busfahrkarten zu je 1,10€ wenn man in die Nachbar Stadt möchte . Wir kommen gerne wieder

Es herrsch hier eine ganz schlechte Stimmung gegenüber den Touristen. Es wird durchgehend auf Griechisch gelästert. Das Essen ist eine Katastrophe. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein die Betten aneinander geschoben. Die Toilette direkt am Bettkopf.

Ein kleines, sauberes, ruhiges Hotel mit super nettem Service, zwei Restaurants, Abendshows, Fitnessraum, Wellness, Massagen, Pool, einem kleinen Supermarkt und eigenem Strandabschnitt direkt am Meer. Wir waren sehr begeistert und bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal hier!
