"Hello, We got our hotel keys and went straight up to drop off our suitcases, we opened the window straight away because the room had a nauseating smell and we went out to eat a few hours later the smell was still there, we had to put on perfume to cover up the smell. The carpet in the hallways is filled with dust balls that move around like a twirling ball (a rolling ball of straw in westerns) King size bed is not a king size bed but a very hard 140 Departure around 10am we had to dodge piles of sheets, vacuum cleaners lying around in the hallway. However the latest departure time is 11am. Dusty room does not make you want to stay! Fortunately we had only taken one night. We will not come back."

"Really convenient hotel for an overnight stay. Rooms clean and comfortable and the hotel is really easy to find. There's restaurants and a big Aldi shop right opposite. Hotel has secured parking for about €3 per night which is well worth it. The breakfast was cheap but the quality of the coffee and food reflected this."

"The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk."

The glass to avoid splashing doesn't work, since it is far too small and the bathroom floor gets wet and one risks falling. In all not a bad hotel for the price charged."

"Had a change of plans and was not able to make this trip to Reims and therefore wanted to try cancel with Trip.com despite booking a non cancellable reservation. In the end, it was sadly not possible as the parties involved were unwilling to be accommodating so in the end I had to rearrange my schedule to avoid losing USD 200.  The gentleman at the front desk when we arrived was friendly and welcoming. He suggested we use the entrance with the ramp to bring up our luggage instead of the more conspicuous swing doors.  The room was on 6F and was ok. For the price I was hoping for more space. There is a weird shelf ledge against the wall where the TV is that was spanning across multiple walls that was annoying and dangerous since it was set at around 1.5 meters high off the ground. I bumped my shoulder a few times so it really is a hazard and should be removed if it isn’t purposeful.  The room is otherwise furnished in a modern and simple way. Wooden floors and plain wall tiles make it look clean and well kept.  The LED lighting strips in the walls and ceiling are distracting and would be better to be removed. It’s hard to watch TV with the glare and reflections off the flatscreen.  Minimal amenities and breakfast not included. Shower pressure was not strong and so I took longer than usual. All in all, I would imagine this to be 20-30% cheaper for what was on offer in terms of experience and furnishings."

"I contacted them because the check-in was later than expected, but I couldn't get through on the phone and the phone number on Google was a non-existent number, so I was embarrassed. When I arrived around 10:20, the parking lot door was closed, so I was flustered. I barely managed to connect to the host who was still asleep and checked in. It was a blessing, but it was disappointing that I couldn't get through. I stayed in a room with 3 beds, but one of the single beds had a lot of mold on the bedding, so I couldn't use that bed. The bathroom didn't drain, so the kids were showering and it was a sea of ​​water, so I was embarrassed. I barely managed to clean it up with towels. The location is in the middle of moving from Paris to Luxembourg, and there was a very cheap, large mart (the best) and McDonald's nearby, so it was good. The hosts were kind. The facilities and one bed were disappointing."
