The photos are very good, but the reality is quite different. By the way, when I reported the cleaning problem to the front desk during check-out, the front desk just said calmly, "I'm sorry to hear that." Nothing else."

The overall facilities are fairly complete, the rooms are quiet and comfortable, and the environment is relatively clean. However, there was a slight disappointment regarding cleanliness – there was still food left behind by the previous guest in the refrigerator, which hadn't been promptly cleaned out, making it feel somewhat inappropriate. Also, the check-in time was late, and the check-out time was quite early, which was slightly inconvenient. If the hotel could pay more attention to cleanliness and scheduling, I believe the overall experience would be much better."
