非常非常不錯，推薦這個酒店很值得體驗一下。 特別值得一提的是入住的歡迎儀式， 酒店會特意提前問什麼時候會到，我們到之前和酒店通了電話告知即將到達，全體人員都在恭候，專人開大門歡迎，開車門迎接，管家式的服務，真的是非常令人回味無窮的特殊體驗，真的是在城堡裏當公主的感覺。 位置離三大酒莊步行距離，非常好，參觀品嚐以後不用擔心開車的問題，好的餐廳也非常多。 唯一美中不足的地方是附帶設施比較侷限，沒有泳池或者健身房，但是城堡體驗也絕對是非常不可替代的，我強力推薦

I think this was my best hotel experience ever! I stayed here for one night with my Mum to celebrate my birthday. They greeted us with champagne on arrival and little home made cookies! The cookies were delicious. They upgraded our room as it was a special occasion too. I thought that was such a classy touch. The service from all of the hotel staff was exceptional. They made us feel like royalty. This is such a beautiful hotel. The building, the interiors and the gardens. I would 100% recommend and I will definitely return!

An absolutely fantastic experience. 4 days where everything was super. From the check-in, the champagne on the terrasse, 2 dinners in Le Jardin to the faboulous dinner in Le Parc. There is nothing to say besides “Merci Beaucoup” this was truely amazing.

For the price, we were expecting the sun, moon, and stars for our special trip. Luckily this place delivered! I received many helpful messages in advance of our visit in case I had questions or needed assistance with activities or dining. During our stay, the staff was genuinely helpful and friendly, making us feel well cared for. Our room was beautiful and quiet, with small special touches and surprises. Public spaces were stunning. Even the hallways. Dont miss the breakfast, it's an outrageous amount of quality food, served on their fit-for-royalty outdoor terrace (at least in summer). This is a "special occasion" hotel, and spending time at the hotel is part of the experience. So if you're planning to be a full-throttle tourist with your time, and just sleeping here, you just won't see the value for the price. Or if you want to spend a lot of time in Reims city, it's inconveniently far. But for visiting the adjacent Champagne houses, it's perfectly located. And then you should plan for plenty of leisure time to relax and soak in the hotel's terrace, bar, and restaurants.

First impressions really count for any stay and from the moment I arrived I knew I would like this place. I’m a bit precious about my car so safe parking is usually the first thing that needs to be negotiated. The friendliest valet (may not be his job title) greeted me and totally put me at ease. Perfect blend of professionalism and relaxed. Check in was slick with a glass of champagne with cookies taken on the terrace. My room was impressive and had everything I needed. If my wife was staying she may have liked a steamer and perhaps curling tongs. Apologies if they are contained in the room but I didn’t find them. The building is beautiful and the bar/lounge area is a very inviting place where you could easily lose a few hours. The Brasserie (Le Jardin) was a real highlight. I’ve had far worse meals and service at Michelin starred restaurants. It was really reasonable too. Breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of options. Can’t wait to return and will bring my wife and dog next time as the hotel is very pet friendly.

We travel well, including many opportunities having stayed in many Relais and Châteaux properties around the world. Les Creyeres truly is the flagship of your brand. This was my favorite hotel of many during a one month trip in France. The setting is gorgeous, in a large park. We were taken to their beautiful bar for a delicious glass of champagne upon arrival, and then to our spectacular room with multiple terraces overlooking the park. We were upgraded from the room we booked which was such a delightful surprise and for which we were immensely grateful. The staff were humble and kind and helpful with any questions we had. I loved the opulent period decor and art. An elegant hotel befitting a region with elegant and refined wine.

From the moment we pulled up, the service was impeccable: the bell team met the car with perfect timing, took our luggage, and made everything feel effortless. That level of warmth and precision never wavered for a second. We received a wonderful French welcome (and great Virtuoso perks, including Champagne on arrival). Our suite was beautiful and genuinely comfortable, with panoramic views in a historic, storybook setting. Dinner at the 2 Michelin star restaurant on property was unforgettable. And the location is ideal: a beautiful walk to Ruinart and Pommery, no driving required. It just doesn’t get better.

Upon our arrival, we were whisked into the Bar Rotonde for a welcoming glass of delicious champagne. Our room on the top floor, was light filled and beautifully appointed, overlooking perfectly manicured grounds. Sumptuous linens and a comfy bed always add to a wonderful stay. The hotel arranged for a visit to Maison Ruinart which is quite close to the property. While much of our dining exploration in Reims was mostly "off property" (Arbane, L'assiette Champenoise and Sacre Burger)... our last evening, we were able to have dinner at the Brasserie Le Jardin, which was excellent. We look forward to returning!
