My husband and I stayed at the Oceanus for the Coastal Delaware Running Festival weekend. The folks working at the front desk at the hotel were EXCEPTIONAL, truly remarkable to have that level of service at a hotel. We were also given a 6pm checkout as the Marathon was on Sunday and it was so wonderful to be able to walk to the race start in less than 5 minutes, and go back to the hotel after the race to shower, pack up, and head home. I was really impressed by all of it, and will be back for sure.

My wife and I have stayed at the Oceanus literally dozens of time and in our opinion it is the best value in town. Friendly staff, great location, and a super clean facility.....what more could you ask. Located on Second Street you are a ten minute walk to the Boardwalk/beach and a dozen restaurants and/or bars. Rooms are quiet and pristine. My wife and I will never stay anyplace else.

We have stayed at the Oceanus many times and have always enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean, the pool is always in great shape, and the location is fantastic. Other than the pool, it's definitely a no frills hotel, but the price is reasonable and it makes it affordable for us to stay in Rehoboth, which is quite expensive these days. The staff is always friendly and helpful, also, which makes a big difference.

We love the location! By far the best location only seconds away from the best restaurants salt air and henelopen. We love the balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool. The thing is for a low amenity hotel and lack luster staff we expected a lower price. However would still recommend

We had an absolutely fabulous long weekend at the Oceanus. We have stayed many times and every experience has been equally great! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very clean, beds are very comfortable and pool/pool area is very nice. We will certainly be back!

Oceanus has been a great place for our family each year. The location is perfect - a close walk to the beach and shopping and food. Staff is always friendly, the place is clean. We really enjoy our visit each year.
