Apart Hotel B

Our stay at Apart Hotel B was highly disappointing. Despite being expensive, the hotel was dirty and is located in an unsafe area. The breakfast was inadequate, consisting of a slice of dry bread, cheap marmalade, a raw egg (you must boil it yourself) and disgusting powder coffee. We received only one day's worth of shampoo and were told to buy more ourselves in a supermarket nearby. The view from our room was a nearby tall building. We were also asked to make a down payment of 100 usd because the hotel doesn’t trust us to keep the room proper. We didn’t have a working credit card at the moment of the check in and proposed to make this ridiculous downpayment we have almost never seen in the other hotels, the day after. The supervisor however didn’t want to hear of it and we were obliged to pay the amount in cash prior to our check in. No check in otherwise. After voicing our concerns, we were still charged for the full three days. We still didn’t want to stay in this joke “hotel” they don’t know a thing about being a bit client -oriented and moved to a better hotel for the same price in a good area with great breakfast and free toiletries. Without any down payment btw. Avoid Apart Hotel B and save your money.

We have not often been in a hotel for this poor price-quality ratio and with such lousy service. The hotel is at a higher price point, not clean, and located in an relatively unsafe area. When checking in, we had to provide a downpayment of 100 USD because 'we can't be trusted to keep the room proper'. Moreover, the breakfast is a joke with 2 dry pieces of untoasted bread, cheap marmalade and a RAW egg (you have to boil it yourself I guess) which you can enjoy next to your bed. We received 1 day of shampoo, after we were sent off to a nearby supermarket to get it ourselves. Lastly, the view was a tall building about 10 meters next to our room. Overall, the experience was so bad that we decided to move to another hotel while the hotel supervisor was friendly enough to charge us for the full three days, even after we have voiced our concerns, examplifying the incredibly poor level of service. We would recommend anyone to save your money by not going to Apart Hotel B. We are currently staying in another hotel for about the same money with a MUCH better experience within a 10 minute walk of the center plaza.

La zona no es muy linda , Pero el apart es comodo , limpio y el personal es Super Amable , lo recomiendo!!!! Tiene estacionamiento enfrente , es a parte pero no es caro y un super donde pueden comprar lo que necesiten , seguramente volvere!!!! Recomendable

Aconchegante, sem muito alarde e proximo a tudo em Santiago, hotel tipo Airbnb, o que facilita muito para quem está com crianças. Entregam o café da manhã no dia anterior para facilitar o dia de quem tem passeios, não é o melhor café, mas é muito prático. Há um mercado em frente que é mais uma facilidade.

Não recomendo, está mais para pensão do que para hotel. Não pode dizer que o café da manhã está incluso, pois é servido um pão com um sachê de manteiga um suco e uma fruta, que é deixado no quarto no dia anterior, recebi um dia pela manhã o dito "café da manhã" do dia seguinte, todos os dias é o mesmo. Banheiro não tem box, e ainda vários sinais de infiltração. Caso tenha algum problema nem sempre terá alguém na recepção para ajudar, tem na recepção um número de whatsapp caso precise de algo . Por fim você é obrigado a pagar uma caução ao chegar e se recusar não se hospeda, nem pode fazer o cancelamento... Péssima experiência.
