On the Frio River! Over 2 acres of private river frontage. Located less than 1 mile from the shops and restaurants in downtown Leakey. Fully equipped kitchen, sheets, and towels. Plenty of room whether enjoying the shade on the deck or soaking up the sun on the banks of the Frio. Located across the street from The Pecan Farm, making a short walk(or tube) over for a cold drink and a meal!
*** We are currently under drought conditions and our river is struggling. We are praying for rain so the river is flowing full and living its best life.

Garner State Park- 20 min
Advance reservations must be made at both state parks as guests are limited. Great Place
The house is great! Nice and clean and roomy. My favorite place was the deck. Lots of outdoor seating and the trees are beautiful. The house is close to town. We had a great time and loved staying here.

Lovely housd
We had a great time at this property and absolutely loved the little house. The backyard set up was perfect for campfires and grilling, and the location was very convenient to get to Lost Maples and Garner state parks. The house had everything we could want and was very cozy inside. Definitely want to go back!

Home is very nice, clean and comfortable! It was close to Leakey as we were involved in a Volleyball tournament! No water in the Frio River behind the home but the stay was great. Thank you

Vacation
