-10/10 for the room, location, and cleanliness with nice city view of the city. -1/10 for Seevices. PM staff at the reception looked exhausted, and I did not feel welcomed at checking in. -5/10 for breakfast as some of the food were cold instead of keeping them warm. FB staff had 0 service skills. No communication and ignoring customers. - It is so difficult to see a smile from any staff here except the security guy. This is my second stay here, but last time was 200% better.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is close to a shopping mall and close to some bus companies from where you can travel to other cities in Thailand. Breakfast buffet is rich and delicious.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location for shopping next to the wet and night markets, local restaurants, traditional Thai massage, and Lotus for anything you forget at home. Huge assortment of dishes offered for the breakfast buffet and large rooms with shower and bath. WiFi is weak and fussy, and hot water was plentiful 2 out of 3 days.. just barely warm on Sunday. Not near any beaches but the old bus station is close by to catch a songtao there. Cheap and about 45 minutes to the nearest one and the pier.

The hotel is pretty clean and located in the city center, very convenient. The breakfast was really good with the variety of choices for you to choose. Pleasant stay.

An amazing hotel. So much to offer, their food breakfast and evening was superb. Lots of options - Thai, Japanese and western. Not expensive, Staff couldn’t do enough for you. Great location on the beach and also has two pools.

The room is spacious, clean, the parking is convenient, the security system is excellent, the staff is polite, cute and takes good care of us, giving us complete information. Thank you to all the staff in every department.

The hotel is by the creek, the humidity is heavy, and it is far away from the city. You need to have a car or taxi to get there. The natural environment is good, the rooms are relatively old, and there is only one cafe where you can order food. Breakfast is generally shared with the school in a dining room. Eat the school breakfast buffet.

I'm sorry I only booked two nights, I could stay here for a month.
