The room was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was outstanding.

I reserved due to continental breakfast and breakfast staff never showed up so breakfast was not served.

Road was closed & had to get a hotel. It was a really nice place to stay.

Room was great, Had a suite, it was very large. House keeping did com by daily which you don’t find much any more. Only thing negative was the elevator did not work to the third floor.

Got the last booking for the night and we were so happy. The staff, service, and safety were wonderful. The only flaw was the accessibility shower was set up in a way that the water faced toward the shower curtain and the floor didn’t seem to be graded properly to keep the main floor from flooding. Had to use most of the towels to clean up the water on the main bathroom floor. While handheld showers are nice, the entire plan needs to work.

Let's face it, nobody wants to stop in Rawlins... This place is really great. Very clean, a little outdated but that's okay. The staff was amazingly helpful!

Lots of places to eat within walking distance!! Comfy bed and pillows!! Nice location!

My air conditioner did not work. I called the front desk but nothing could really be done. It was miserable.

Property was clean, room was nice, beds were very comfortable, breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly.

I am satisfied overall. I needed some assistance at the front desk and was unable to get help.

We paid extra to get the separate sitting area. The area was so dark, no window and just a small light on the wall that we didn't iuse the room. Also, there was a shower head, but no diverter valve to turn it on. So unless you want to take a bath, you're out of luck and the safely bar was about to fall off.
