Aura Family Hotel

Lovely location right on the beachfront. Upon arrival received a pleasant and helpful reception. Upon first glance the room appeared clean and tidy however as I began to look around I was appalled. I found used drug ampoule in the bedside drawer, stains and hair on the bed linen, cobwebs in every corner of the bathroom ceiling and a thick layer of dirt and grime on the bathroom windowsill. Staff sitting beside the reception drinking beer and smoking which would explain the hostile and aggressive attitude of one male inparticular. Was totally ignored when checking out for unknown reasons as I had not made a complaint. Maybe it was because I disturbed his drinking session with the cleaner.
