Green Mansions Jungle Resort

We had such an enjoyable experience at Green Mansions Jungle Resort. The grounds were calm, beautiful and incredibly well-maintained. The staff were so attentive and friendly, going out of their way to make sure we had a successful wildlife sighting experience. Thank you to the entire team for making this such a memorable stay. Highly recommend!

Excellent property, the staff specially - Mr. Bhatta was very helpful and cordial to all our needs. He showed us around Chitwan so well, we felt like home. Excellent food, the best we had in a jungle resort so far. The rooms were cozy, clean and very rustic as a jungle lodge should be. The conduct wonderful tours from the resort in regard to wildlife - which was really knowledgeable, exciting and really fun for our families. Mr. Bhatta was a very nice and knowledgeable person who navigated us around. Their pool is the perfect place to relax. All in all a wonderful couple of days there, we would highly recommend this property to all travelling to Chitwan for the 1st time. Best, Sunshine Travels, Rajkot

We enjoyed the stay with the hotel food is amazing and staff is equally helpful. Also our Guide Mr. Devraj Choudhary was very keen at explaining everything and also he spotted for us roughly 10 Rhinos and many more other wildlife Rooms are cozy too

The service was fab & friendly, the food was really good, the beds were really comfy (although wear ear plugs if you don't want to listen to the rhinos or stray elephant running down the streets early hours). Was an unexpectedly wonderful visit

This was a nice hidden gem of a jungle resort. I have never been to a jungle resort before but this was really refreshing to stay there. Our rooms was nice and cozy. We received fresh water bottles every day and could get our room also cleaned. We had one or two cockroaches inside the room yet we heard from our friends that their first room had a whole infestation. At one point we had a geeko inside also. But other than that we were satisfied with our room. The place also had a pool where we could refresh ourselves every day after a whole day of activities. The breakfast buffet was very nice. Maybe it could have some more variety every other day but it was good. You could also get custom made eggs. At one point the staff even remembered how I liked my eggs every morning which was nice. The food in general there was nice. You could order and it would be placed on your room. Prices were average high but affordable enough. When we arrived we got a nice drink and tour. There were many activities you could see at the location also. The staff was also very friendly. Price wise it was not the cheapest and from mid to high. But I am guessing that is expected for a jungle resort. The bugs and animals might be a turn off for some. But other than that I would definitely recommend the place and would definitely want to come again.

First impression gone wrong - I reached here on a Saturday. I was told that they only had a room from Sunday onwards. I was in Chitwan for 3 nights so I was ok with staying elsewhere for a night and 2 more nights here. Next day I reach here. I was told that the rate given yesterday was wrong. Also, I was told that I only had the booking for one night and not two. One of the front office boys, Mr. Siddanth Rana, was impolite and my sister was asked to lower her voice. That was when I lost my patience and told him that in the era of social era, he may want to treat his guests properly. It was not about Rs. 500.. it was only about being honest. The management needs to look into these issues properly as you would not want to lose neither a customer nor a reference to their friends or family. You'd also not want a bad online review. Please train your people well as I don't know who the owner is. I only know this place through the people here.
