Great experience staying there with family, staff was friendly and helpful to family members throughout in stay.

In the map, property shown near st stand, however it is 2 km away from panchgani market. Acs in the rooms are very old and give very little cooling. While booking, it was mentioned swimming pool is there but pool work was going on.

One of best in whole trip. Service is also good. Provides extra bedding also as per request properly sanitized.

This is my second time at this hotel. I came here during november where they only complaint i had was no hot water but that was manageable. Considering the fact that it's summer, i thought it would be a good idea to book this hotel for my family for 5. We booked two rooms but the person who assigned us the rooms assigned separate rooms, on opposite corners of the floor even when i had clearly stated i need side by side rooms. My parents and granny had a really hard time due to this arrangement. Then, after an argument, we were granted opposite rooms, but the toilet was indian style which was not suitable for my parents and granny. The worst part was, there was literally no ventilation in the rooms. Back during my november visit, i did not realise that as the cozy atmosphere had it covered. But right now, it was terrible. We could not keep the doors closed even for a minute. None of us slept during the two nights of our stay. While having a bath, my father suffocated due to no ventilation. Thought apart from the person that assigned us the rooms, the other staff was good but they did literally nothing even after our repeated complains. If you talk about the stay, this is the worst stay i ever had. Totally disappointed.

It was good but difficult in finding, land mark is panchmukhi manuman mandir not motioned in address may helpfull in finding. Room not good as per price and bed is small

Property has no parking. Rooms aren’t clean, smelly and untidy. Highly not recommended for family stay.

Remove this hotel from your list. Worst hotel than ever. They have also charge 400 extra

There is no lift facility. So not good for elder persons. Maintenance is not good. We have suffering couple of hrs for getting hot water from all the tap. In house food arrangements are not available. Manager staffs are helpful well behaved.
