Buenos días, he ido de viaje con mi hija y todo el personal del hotel fue encantador, nos gusto mucho el trato que hemos recibido, el servicio fue muy bueno, las instalaciones muy limpias, el desayuno fantástico mucha variedad y agradecerle a una chica que mi hija se corto el dedo con un cuchillo no fue nada pero echo un poco de sangre y la chica vino corriendo y le dio tiritas y se llevo el cuchillo para limpiarlo. gracias. Para nosotras es un 10 estamos encantadas con todo, si algún día volvemos sin duda volveremos a vuestro hotel sin dudarlo. Muchas gracias a todos, personal de recepción, camareras, limpieza. un "10" para todos.

Easy to find with plenty of parking - public parking free on Saturday evenings and Sundays. Friendly and helpful receptionist at Check-in. Room 101 is on first floor and is a corner room with views over park on front and road beside. Clean and comfortable, equipped with a safe. no tea or coffee but this is complimentary down in loppy area. Large and fresh bathroom with walk in shower. Good quality breakfast with gluten-free bread on request. Have stayed here before and will definitely be staying here again

We stayed in room 101 which is a bright room due to being a corner room with windows looking out on two sides. Clean and comfortable. Had safe but no kettle. Top tip is not to sleep with windows open due to noise of nesting ravens! Breakfast fresh with good selection of cheeses and hams. Private parking €17- not sure necessary as plenty of off-road parking. Would definitely use as stop over again!

Stayed only one night to be close to airport, staff helpful with ordering cab to airport in am, room clean. only one complaint - didn't like that the ac wasn't turning on, staff had technician come up to check while we had to go out, which was approved to do so but upon return still no ac turn on and was reported that the technician found nothing wrong, so we had to leave window open for any airflow/ got a fan from desk but had to listen to trains all night.

Super clean. A small room but a very efficient room. Highly recommend!

The rooms were very small but clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast. Parking was easy and the location was reasonable for eating out in the evening. It was a good stopover hotel for our road-trip holiday but not a destination in and of itself.

Once the receptionist realized that I was not happy with the service, she told me to leave the hotel and called the police to escort me out. Such a humiliating, frustrating and discrimination I have never experienced in my life after traveling he world and staying in so many hotels. On top, when coming back 2 days later to meet the General Manager, I experienced the devastating attitude since again: no apologies, just accusations, that the guiltily one is me as a customer. If you really have to stay in this hotel, I recommend: 1.) expect no service at all 2.) count carefully the change you receive 3.) don’t say anything, because if you do, the receptionist might not like what you say and will kick you out of the hotel 4.)
