Worst experience ever. I don’t know how come this hotel got 5 stars rate . First of all when I arrived to hotel I asked for a trolley for moving my luggage to the room then I waited more than 15 minutes and no one come to pick the luggage. The room no teeth brush or teeth paste. When I call the room service they said it won’t be there if I didn’t ask for it . Later when the room service came to clean the room they didn’t put ground towel . Then finally when I checked out I asked for trolley and I waited for more than 15 minutes then finally I took the luggage down myself.

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast spread, big comfy beds, laundry facility is a huge plus. Would want to make a special mention of Winthu, from house keeping, who did an excellent job of ensuring that my room was spic and span at all times. One of the most hard working employees that I have come across and would request the management to please convey my appreciation to him.

Amazing staff specially Recepiton team and thanks for Mr. Ahmed , Nader and 2 filipino ladies really all of them a role model for hospitality and how they are care about guests . Also good advantage for beach access in Hilton resort. Sure will come again. Thank you!
