Overall, it was a good experience, but need to have more check-in counters, extended hours for swimming pool use, and should have entertainment shows and activities like other 5 star properties, especially on weekends.

I had a great stay at Hilton garden. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were impressive. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area.

We stayed in the family Villa with pool view. The staff all around the hotel were amazing, assisting us at all times and making sure our stay was most comfortable. They have many pools situated at different locations around the hotel but the pool where we stayed has the coldest temperature which was perfect for this hot weather. You can hop on a buggy to get around or take a stroll to any place in the hotel. The beach is calm and perfect for a relaxing time. Their buffet breakfast and dinner was a wide variety and the food was excellent.

It’s was a great stay. The room was clean and also was breakfast. Wonderful staff who are all extremely welcoming and friendly at all times.

Customer service is at best. Very polite and professional front office, housekeeping and security staff. Always smiling and accommodating special requests. Great view from the room and good facilities and amenities. Well done CityMax Ras Al Khaimah !

We arrived early and from the second we drove in until the moment we left, we were extremely happy with the service. Because of our flight we arrived at 9 am so our room wasn’t ready so we did pay to upgrade (Al Sarab tented villa with pool) which was worth it but the butler service was poor. It was meant to be have their WhatsApp and they service you, but no responses or late replies for like an hour. Overall, it’s ok because we could still call using the phone but it was just an expectation that they set but couldn’t deliver. View was good, bonfire was great place to sit a have a drink, pool was heated, room was clean.

The hotel is packed with tourist… the front desk initially give me a double bed even my booking says king bed with sofa. When we are already relaxing in our room after a long drive, someone from maintenance came and fix the design at the top of the headboard. They should be doing this before the guest checked in. Such an inconvenience! When I reported this to the front desk, they said they will check but never came back to me. The next day, I was asking for the help of the lifeguard to open the umbrella but he refused and told me to ask the help of other staff even though the umbrella is just behind him! We stayed to a lot of hotels and this is the first time I’m experiencing this poor service! The only good thing in this hotel is the breakfast and the houskeeping. They are well trained and nicer compared to other departments.

The soundproofing of the room is very poor and you can hear others opening and closing the door at any time outside. The sound of water running from the water pipes in the room can be heard all the time.

The room is big and clean, with a swimming pool, coffee shop, spa and other leisure facilities. The breakfast buffet is good, combining Chinese and Western food, with a variety of choices. Overall, it is cost-effective
