Saya pernah menginap di semua hotel mewah di Maladewa selain Velaa. Cheval Blanc adalah yang terburuk di setiap kategori utama kecuali kamar dan area hotel. Kulinernya sangat buruk. Saya hanya makan satu hidangan enak selama di sana selain kue kering. Di restoran "Italia", saya memesan pasta dan hampir tidak bisa dimakan. Mereka bahkan tidak punya koki dari Italia. Mereka punya koki Maladewa yang memasak makanan Italia. Saat sarapan, saya memesan bacon setiap hari dan hasilnya gosong. Sangat mudah dibuat, tetapi mereka bahkan tidak bisa membuatnya dengan benar. Pada malam terakhir saya di sana, saya tidur dalam keadaan lapar karena makanannya sangat buruk. Ketika saya bangun suatu pagi, ada 200 serangga di kamar dan pintu ruang tamu kami. Kelebihan 1. ini bukan hotel terbaik di dunia karena letaknya di luar dunia ini dan sementara ini menjadi rumah kedua saya. tidak ada yang perlu disalahkan sama sekali dan hotel ini seharusnya menjadi tempat di mana banyak hotel bintang 5 yang disebut-sebut dapat belajar banyak tentang keramahan dan keramahtamahan layanan. ingin menemukan sesuatu untuk dikritik tetapi tidak ada yang saya temukan, berharap dapat naik roket tahun depan untuk kembali ke rumah kedua di luar dunia ini lagi

Love the spacious villa with living room, bedroom, bathroom, outdoor deck with massive private pool and 2 separate bathrooms, especially the pantry/kitchen where your butler comes in every day to place a pleasant delish surprise. Lovely birthday decoration and love the surprise coffee art from housekeeping’s turndown service! Saw dolphin while snorkeling on the sunrise side bungalow. My suggestion is i wish the Maldivian night live performance had better lighting on the performance. And maybe fix the VR in teens club Will be back.

This was our second stay at Cheval Blanc and it did not disappoint (well, except for below). The Male airport is new and Cheval Blanc has a new lounge. The Cheval Blanc staff makes arriving and departing at the airport painless, which is very much appreciated. We stayed in the same villa, 46, which is beautiful. Our Butler Mr. G was the best. It was our anniversary and he went all out decorating our room. It was so special. He made everyday spectacular for us. Cheval Blanc, in general, leaves nothing to want. The villa has everything you need and more. They do not skimp on the amenities they provide in the room. Everything is top notch. You do not feel ripped off. For example, they don't charge for endless amounts of chocolates and snacks, which plenty of their competitors have no problem doing. The food is good. I wouldn't say amazing. I remember it being better. We ate mostly at Deelani, the Italian restaurant. The pasta was definitely better the last time. We ate once at the White and once at Diptyque both were fine. One word of caution, which put a damper on 2 1/2 out of the five days of my trip... On a snorkeling trip, they neglected to warn us that there is plankton (sea lice) in the water. Had we known this we would have bought a long sleeve swim shirt that would have helped me from getting bites all over my body which resulted in a extremely itchy skin irritation causing red bumps all over my arms and legs. Although I complained to the guide when I felt the bites in the water and she told me that if I wanted to I should go back to the boat, once on the boat, no one ever told me to rinse off. So, as a result, I spent the next few days itching and applying ointment and calamine lotion to my body. A nice way to spend a very expensive vacation. Then to add insult to injury, during our dinner at Deelani, I was visited by the resort manager that tried to insult my intelligence by questioning whether this was actually caused by a food allergy, and not by the plankton. Needless to say, I do not have food allergies, I felt 1000 bites in the water and he ruined my dinner.

We are so sad to have just left this magical paradise! Truly everything was a 10/10! From the delicious food, to the amazing staff, activities and of course the beauty of the islands! The room - was by far the best that I have ever stayed in - the pool was unbelievable and the views next level! The staff - everyone from Laurent the manager, to Silvia in marketing, our Majordome Saajiu, the yoga instructor, Aman who set up such a special private dinner for us, Sammy at White Bar and so many others made the experience so magical! The experiences - everything was superb but don’t miss the sunset cruise, scuba diving, private dinner and movie night (or jungle movie night) and spa island!!! Thank you so much for such an amazing stay! We are already planning to come back for our anniversary!

Вот и подошла к концу неделя нашего семейного отдыха в любимом отеле на Мальдивах. Хочется еще раз выразить благодарность менеджерам отеля и всем его сотрудникам за то, что сделали наш отдых незабываемым! В первый раз мы были здесь без детей, а в этот раз были уже с дочкой, 19 лет и сыном, 15 лет. Оба они, как и мы с мужем, согласились, что Cheval Blanc-отель с лучших сервисом на Мальдивах! Такого внимания к мелочам нет нигде! Безупречно чистые виллы, безупречно чистые пляжи, дорожки, которые по несколько раз в день подметают и разравнивают, каждый вечер на дорожке перед виллой выкладывают из песка другого цвета пожелание спокойной ночи,от мажердомов и водителей электрокаров ненавязчиво пахнет дорогим парфюмом Guerlain, каждый сотрудник при встрече улыбается и здоровается по-французски, если гость едет на велосипеде, то сотрудник, который едет навстречу на багги или велосипеде, заранее останавливается, прижимаясь к краю-лично для меня это было очень важно, так как я очень неуверенно катаюсь и особенно на мостиках боюсь всегда упасть в воду В наш последний вечер на острове один официант совершенно случайно (а может быть и неслучайно) сформулировал «девиз» отеля. Мы пришли на ужин, наш великолепный Батлер Gasim организовал столик на пляже, в уединенном месте, при свечах и факелах. Шеф ресторана вышел и сказал : «Я вижу, у вас Мальдивский вечер, мне кажется, надо добавить вам блюд мальдивской кухни!» и бесплатно вынес нам несколько традиционных Мальдивских закусок. Я так ими наелась, что спросила официанта, возможно ли мне отменить заказ горячего блюда. На что получила ответ: «EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE !» Вот оно! -Подумала я. Сформулировано непокидающее меня ощущение! На этом острове ВОЗМОЖНО ВСЁ! Каждый! Реально каждый сотрудник готов исполнить любой ваш каприз! Мало того, например, шеф-повар ежедневно сам спрашивает каждого гостя, может ли он что-то сделать особенное! Меню ресторанов невероятно разнообразны, но вы можете заказать еще что-то на своё усмотрение. И вам это сделают! Расскажу про пару моментов, которые ярко описывают подход в этом отеле к клиенту. В японском ресторане мне не понравился мисо-суп, а мужу его салат с грибами. Шеф лично вышел, уточнил, в чем дело. Суп мне поменяли на обычный (первый раз просто было слишком много лимона, на мой взгляд, добавлено), салат убрали-в счёт не включили ни то, ни другое. А на следующее утро мне показалось, что весь отель знал о том, что было на ужине. Мне аж неловко стало. Все извинялись, а в номер принесли бутылку шампанского. Или в первый день в СПА я сказала, что массаж лица, который мне сделали, это совсем не тот, что мне делали в первый раз. Попросила поменять специалиста. Мне дали великолепного мастера Шрай, она делала каждый день мне потрясающие массажи лица и тела, а от СПА в знак некой компенсации мне подарили флакон парфюма от Guerlain. Мелочь вроде, а приятно! И весь отдых складывается из таких вот мелочей во что-то незабываемое! Каждый день на виллу приносят разные сладости!
