I have had excellent experiences with everyone in the hotel but the few I remember are Mantosh, Mukesh, Biswajeet, Laxmi & Ankit . It’s an awesome hotel, very close to railway station, thought they did not arrange pickup from railway station inspite of complementary arrangement. Rooms are spacious and staff is courteous. The bar and restaurant is good. Breakfast is above average

It’s my third time there and I always had a very warm and welcome service. Last time I also got an Up-grade and was very very happy after travelling around in Bihar and Jharkand.

Whenever i have to book a hotel in ranchi i always prefer hotel pearls regency because the privacy and security of the hotel are on the top notch. Also the staffs are very well mannered and polite, rooms are hygienic.
