Hotel Holiday Home

Nothing short of a nightmare. I’m writing this review while sitting in my room. Booked this hotel after reading reviews and realised soon after check-in that its all fake. I have been travelling across states and cities for last 15 years for work and this has been the worst experience till date. While checking in I was allocated a room which has broken tiles (pic attached). When I asked reception to change the room they showed me 2-3 different rooms all in pathetic conditions. One has broken almirah, othe damaged floor. At MMT the room description showed bath tub in room and when asked for it, they mentioned that only a few deluxe rooms have it and they are not working. I insisted on talking to manager Mr Vijay. He siad Nagar Nigam has stopped water supply for bath tubs. Later the reception person asked me to upgrade to an Executive room. Surprisingly in that room, water was available in tub. The hotel is worst maintained and everything is broken and damaged (see pics) The next day in morning, when I asked for breakfast, I was told it will start at 8 am. Br,o 8 am is too late for anyone. I requested for 7:30 as I had to leave for a meeting, which they declined rudely. The room also had AC issue. It went tripping all nights. When I called the maintenance guy I was told this is central AC and if in any other room setting is changed from cool to any other mode it will trip all room ACs. What a ridiculous excuse. Wifi never works. And for such rooms you pay in excess of Rs 7k per day. Wow! It was a real nightmare.

Please save your money and some other place. I've had better service experience in literally tents in the middle of a desert. Basic things like room slippers, hairdryer and a telephone in the room (yes you read it right) were missing and weren't provided even after multiple requests. The room was super dusty because the window panes were broken and since there was no telephone in the room for every small thing I had to go down the lobby and the walking area outside the room was smelling like a washroom. Glass pane was Missing in the washroom and the room doesn't even have a single mirror. oh yeah also no charging points on either side of the bed?

1. no valet parking. had to park to car by myself. 2. ⁠staff was unprofessional 3. ⁠had ordered hakka noodles. taste not good 4. ⁠hot water nit readilly available. had to keep tap open for 10 minutes running. 5. ⁠was told that breakfast would start at 8 am. but it was not ready even by 8.15. had to leave without having breakfast even though i had already paid for it.
