the location is good, room are bigger and well maintained. the washroom is not at that level.
mainly the mattress they use is too hard and curvy. probably they continue to use old mattresses which need replacement. overall good stay 👍

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in cleanliness and decor truly stood out. One of the highlights was the food. The dining experience exceeded expectations with a variety of delicious dishes, all beautifully presented and full of flavor. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal was a treat.

Hotel stay is good and food is also good. But rooms are not that good and wash room has one small light at mirror. Breakfast buffet is good but ala karte food is comparatively good than buffet

The hotel is on the main road but the locality is really poor. But once you are inside your room you are taken for a surprise. I booked a premium room and it was huge about 400sqft. Room service is good but restaurant has limited breakfast to offer. The dining staff mostly looked untrained

I had a really great experience of staying at hotel genista inn. The staff in the hotel and restaurant were very polite and helpful. I have nothing to say anything negative about this place. The restaurant ambience is superb. The food is delicious (both veg and non-veg. I especially liked mutton rara. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended for staying as well as for dining.
