I had came to ranchi first time with my family I am looking for hotel where we can stay safely . I was scared about the security but after I was satisfy with the service of hotel specially caring nature of hotel staff enjoyed the homely food all staff are well behaved and prompted

It’s an awesome hotel, very close to railway station, thought they did not arrange pickup from railway station inspite of complementary arrangement. Rooms are spacious and staff is courteous. The bar and restaurant is good. Breakfast is above average

It’s my third time there and I always had a very warm and welcome service. Last time I also got an Up-grade and was very very happy after travelling around in Bihar and Jharkand.

Location is good. Around a km from ranchi railway station. Traffic is not much on this road. Hotel has very spacious rooms. Food is good. Quantity is more for a normal person. Breakfast spread was same for all mornings. Has healthy food and not so healthy ones. Each and every personnel are there to make the guest comfortable. In some cases, the service was extremely fast. It was never late. All in all i enjoyed the stay.

Whenever i have to book a hotel in ranchi i always prefer hotel pearls regency because the privacy and security of the hotel are on the top notch. Also the staffs are very well mannered and polite, rooms are hygienic.

It's a decent hotel for a business trip. Just found the bell boy a little funny. He waited in our room awkwardly, till we gave him a tip. Apart from that, a good stay.
