Great location for a few days in Ramsgate. Rooms are basic but very clean plenty of tea and coffee provided and also plenty of towels. My only suggestion would be a small fridge and hair dryer would be nice. The staff are fantastic especially the manager Ian Packer. Would definitely stay here again.

Budget hotel, which is ok for the price. I had an upgraded room, but it was still quite small. The coffee machine didn't work. Water pressure in the bathroom could have been stronger.

Toilet not flushing and sink not draining in the room. Disappointing stay. Although hotel was recently refurbished the plumbing was not good. Curtains also not fitted well and came loose. Lighting was also harsh.

I've stayed at this hotel many times. It's always clean. The staff are friendly. And they have a bar and restaurant. The hotel itself is located right on the beautiful harbour.

The hotel and rooms are beautifully clean, well maintained and very spacious. The staff (Claire, Ian, Ellie & Ellis) are very welcoming and friendly, they’re ready to help and assist you in any situation. Me and family will definitely come back to stay. Thanks you so much team.

What an excellent location. Views of the harbour to wake up to, everything in walking distance. The hotel has no carpark but the multi-story is next door and we paid £8.50 for 24hrs parking. Very welcoming and helpful staff, nice breakfast.
