Always patronize this hotel as it's the nearest to my grandparents village. Good service and love the breakfast. Could improve by providing 2 bathing towels and slippers for double bedded or king size bedded rooms as I always have to call housekeeping for the extra towels and slippers.

We had a short stay on 29th Mar before heading to RS Manglam. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The linens are maintained well. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast were tasty and varieties for selection. The staffs were friendly too. Highly recommended for decent price

On seeing the rooms, you fell love with them. Travelers expect a neat and well organised room with a sanitised toilet facilities. This is like a 5 star luxury offered at an affordable price. The room is sufficient for 2 guests and all amenities inside the rooms are well planned and thought about. Location is just near the railway station and bus stand with good connectivity. I stronly recommend to any type of traveler who would like to carry the memory of stay with them.

The poor management of customer during billing and there no trust factor when we had customer say anything.. they charged us extra 600 rupees for small kid which was never told to us anywhere and told that we had nog booked for double occupancy.. We had discussed before coming to hotel right after booking no one informed us or double checked about the number of people in each room though we ourselves gave information.. this means no trust on customer and asked us to talk to MMT for any clarification. They just wash their hand from any responsibility of the discussion that they had with us and to takeover from there to discount that ₹600 and create the customer satisfaction. instead, they asked us to pay and go . They were not ready for any kind of discussion on discount only one Pay and go

We 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) had a very nice stay here. Rooms and toilets were very neat. Food(only veg is available) was also tasty. Only concern i had was though we opted complementary breakfast option, they offered free breakfast only for 2 and charged additionally for my kids(10 yrs, and 6 yrs.
