Corepen Homestay

We spent 10 nights at Corepen Homestay and we were very happy to stay in this Homestay. Far away from big towns this place is a little paradise. The bungalows (7 in total) are simple but very clean and confortable. The bed is excellent surrounded by an anti-mosquito net (but their are NO mosquitos, we didn’t used any of our spray). The sheets are clean and this room perfectly settled in front of the blue lagoon which contains beautiful corals and fishes. Of course the toilets are also simple and very clean, there are two showers and 3 WC which is sufficient for 14 people max. We loved the food that is served at 7 am, 12 am and 7 pm. The cooker makes good different receipies mainly with rices, chicken, fishes and grilled tofu and vegetables. We had also fruits every days, papaye and delicious little bananas. The breafast was fine with rice, bred, strawberry jam, eggs and bananas, tea, coffee and suggar. In addidition we had every day a small sweet at 4 PM. The diving center is perfectly organize and the material in good shape. When we were there, they just bought 2 brain new BCD and 2 octopus. Maria, Sandi, Kun and Handy are excellent master divers with a perfect professionalisme. We felt really well with them during the dives and specially when we had strong currents, for example on Sardine Reef and Cape Kri. The fast boats used for the different sites have excellent drivers. There is a lot of different dive sites which can be selected every day after the dinner with Maria and Sandi with aggrement of everyone. All the team was particularly avalaible for any questions and advices. In conclusion we had a very good stay at Corepen Homestay having done 20 dives. All of them were full of surprises and beautiful. We highly recommend this place for the diving, the ambiance of the Homestay and the kindness of the staff. Thank you everyone from Corepen.

Maria et Sandy sont très accueillant et nous ont fait découvrir les fonds sous marins. Ces derniers sont sublimes dignes de la réputation de Raja Ampat ! L'homestay est confortable, très propre, les sanitaires sont en durs et carrelés. Les repas étaient très bons et servis en quantité. Les bungalows, sur pilotis, sont les pieds dans l'eau à marée haute. On y voit depuis la terrasse, des petits requins, des seiches et des petits poissons. Les transferts vers Wasai ou les autres homestays se font en sécurité avec le bateau de Maria et Sandy.
