Eddison and his team Paris, Roger and the rest of the team have been amazing. My wife has alot of allergies and we've been all around the world and NEVER been to a place where my wife hasn't been ill!! Until now!! They've done a menu to suit my wife's tastes and allergies, they've catered beautifully in a separate kitchen to avoid cross contamination atall!! Amazing so so so happy and amazed by them!! Thank you

Service wonderful, room very well laid out for wheelchair access, bathroom fully accessible in wheelchair including the shower area, with fitted chair for easy transfer and grab rails situated in good positions. Bed very comfortable and made up as often as you require, with beautiful artwork made from soft furnishings. Balcony accessible with wheelchair without assistance needed. Entire hotel fully accessible with ease. Which made our stay perfect. There is a hoist to assist getting in and out of the pool if required. Sun beds are a little low if you are unable to transfer, but having spoken with the manager, it is the pipeline for possibly different ones when the hotel is refurbished. We will definitely be coming back as this is a wonderful hotel. The staff are absolutely amazing, extremely friendly and very helpful. Food is very tasty and beautifully presented, with plenty of choice, but if you do decide to go to any of the bookable restaurants be aware that the men must wear long trousers.

We stayed here as a couple for a holiday and had a brilliant time. The highlight was definitely the food — we managed to dine à la carte five nights out of seven, and every meal was top quality. The buffet also offered a good variety, so there's something for everyone. The drinks and overall service were great, with friendly and attentive staff throughout. A big shoutout to Freddy, Teny, and Wilkar who made our stay extra special — they really go above and beyond. This was our second visit, and it won’t be our last. While the hotel isn’t ultra-luxurious, it offers a fantastic experience, especially if you’re after good food, sunshine, and relaxed vibes. We stayed in room 4711 — it had sun all day with just the right amount of shade when needed. I’d definitely recommend booking a swim-up room if you're a couple — it's perfect for lazy days in the sun. All in all, another great holiday and highly recommended for couples looking for a mix of chill time and great service in the sun.

The staff make the Hotel, from the gardeners to the cleaners to the bar staff, nothing is to much trouble, genuinely pleased to see you and make your stay memorable, the hotel is first class with all mod cons, when staying book yourselves into all of the restaurants, you will not be disappointed, pool areas pool bar great fun, lots of activities to keep you entertained, Kevin is fantastic in the pool area, all in all a great relaxing week, I’ll definitely be using Rui again for other locations

This is the third time we have now stayed at this hotel, and we have already booked to return. Everyone, from the moment we checked in, was so friendly and welcomed us back. The food was amazing, the hotel is spotless and well looked after, the staff work hard and are always friendly, and there is always a good atmosphere in the hotel. A special thank you to Helia who looked after us at breakfast every morning. Our only complaint is with TUI, and nothing at all to do with the hotel. Living in Scotland, we have to travel to Manchester as TUI do not fly from Scotland to Boa Vista, which is something they really should address as this adds extra travel time and cost to anyone wishing to visit this fantastic hotel.

Service at this hotel is absolutely shocking. The staff are miserable. Information given is constantly conflicting. Wi-Fi doesn’t work, but everything needs to be booked on WiFi . Was given a room that smelt of vomit and then moved but we needed to haul all of the luggage ourselves. Can’t book into any of the al a carte restaurants because they are all full for the week we are here. Paid for five people, but only had beds made up for four. I could go on and on. Total apathy from front of house re issues. On the plus side it is an attractive venue and the food is of a very good standard, although the drinks are awful. In short, not five star and I wouldn’t waste your time. Complaint incoming.

This was our 8th visit! An outstanding hotel made even better by the incredible staff! You will be looked after from the moment you arrive and EVERY member of staff is incredible - no matter what job they do.... The place is immaculate and the gardeners are amazing! The food and drink are wonderful and the choices overwhelming too. I would honestly say that if you don't have a fantastic time here, then the problem is with you and not the resort! lol The amount of people who return time and time again speaks volumes..... Just don't tell anyone else.... we don't want it to get too busy! ;0)

Poor holiday this time at The Palace.Room was very poor.Rust on clothes rail in room .Broken mirror very dangerous.Dusty,Paint spots on bed settee from emulsioning the ceiling.Cracked sink.Hotel seems to of gone down hill.Have been going since it opened.Noticed a significant decline in operations.
