My experience at The Ritz-Carlton was amazing! I really enjoyed the massage at the spa the ladies were wonderful. I also had afternoon tea in the lobby, which was delicious, accompanied by traditional Moroccan music. Thank you to the Ritz-Carlton team, and a special thanks to Maryam and Abdosatar!

Was visiting my sister here in Rabat and decided to go the the Brasserie at the Ritz for lunch... we could not book online as the online service was not working but managed to call and book, the hotel was stunning a pearl in Rabat with the most charming service provided by Fatiha who works at the Brasserie. Very attentive with a warm smile. Nothing was too bothersome for her when looking after us..definitely will be returning whenever I visit Rabat

I had Iftar at Rihla Restaurant and was the best in Rabat. The deliciousness of food equals the luxury of service I received. The décore of the restaurant is magical, the team engages with stories about food and the restaurant concept, and while listening to them you hear the live andalou music playing, like the movies. I will come back for sure!

An expansive property with many pools, fountain, and other outdoor water features that, with several hundred acres of adjacent trees and golf course keep the temperature down and the humidity at a comfortable level. Indoor you will find beautiful lobbies, corridors and functional spaces. There are currently multiple restaurants but not all of the eventual restaurants are open just yet. Olea (Mediterranean with indoor and outdoor seating), Palappa (outdoor covered), the lobby cafe, and Crying Tiger (bar/lounge with a tapas menu) are open. There are at least 2 more restaurants, Rihla and a Japanese fusion that should open over the next 4-5 months. Room's are fantastic and feature decks and beautiful views in every direction.

The building is genuinely stunning, the nicest Ritz we have stayed in. Very modern features but in keeping with the local architectural style (unlike some of the other hotels we saw). We used Suite Night Awards and were upgraded to the Majestic Suite, which was fabulous. Great bedroom, living room, wonderful large balcony. Duvet was so nice we might buy it ourselves… As my wife is Titanium Elite, we were given an amazing assortment of dates and other treats that lasted us days. As an FYI, the hotel gives Titanium customers Marriott points instead of complimentary breakfast. The outdoor pool is gorgeous and huge, with plenty of space between loungers. Indoor pool looked great. The outdoor lounge/bar area is lovely, with great views. The arrangement of furniture and plants means that even though it is a big area, you feel relatively private. Well equipped and spacious gym with attentive staff. Staff went above and beyond. Mehdi, the concierge, was particularly great. We asked him where in the Old Town was good for buying dates. He specifically went after his shift finished to find the best date shops, took videos and photos so we knew where to go. He also offered to barter with the shopkeepers via telephone for us when we went! Narjiss (front desk) and Badr (lifeguard) were very helpful, and all of the staff were super friendly (I’m terrible with names and have forgotten others). Being 20-30 minutes out of the city, be prepared to take taxis when you want to leave the hotel. But it’s so beautiful, you probably won’t want to leave!

It’s my second visit to the Ritz-Carlton Rabat, and I’m glad to see the new ambiance and the carefully curated menus and dishes. However, I was expecting to enjoy a buffet brunch this time. I would especially like to thank Maryam in the lobby she’s a very special lady. She remembered me and assisted me just like she did during my first visit, which truly melted my heart. A poorly trained team received us very poorly and did not understand any of our needs during my fiancée's birthday celebration. I made all the requests in advance, and some of them even received confirmation, but at the time, nothing happened. We began to suspect that they were facing some kind of distrust regarding our presence. We felt extremely uncomfortable with the situation and the way we were treated, as well as the way they tried to mitigate the issue. We understand that the hotel is new, but the chain to which it belongs is not. This raises several suspicions about the true positioning of luxury.

At “Olea Restaurant” My family and I had the best luxurious dining experience in three years of living in Rabat as a Saudi diplomat. We would love to recommend your restaurant to our friends and relatives. Deep thanks to our hostess “Samira” for her cheerful welcoming and her menu’s suggestions & recommendations.
