非常滿意，第一次住到服務這樣好的酒店，這種服務好不是那種畢恭畢敬生怕得罪的好，而是真正體貼有求必應的好。
衛生：客房內衛生做得挺到位的。陽台有點灰塵，這可以理解，畢竟陽台很難做到一點灰塵都沒有，三亞的很多高端酒店亦是如此。
設施：洗衣服特別便宜，自己洗的話，還可以免費烘乾，洗完衣服後收回來還會幫忙折疊好。沒有其他酒店乾洗貴得離譜，也沒有快捷酒店還需要自己盯洗衣機時間的麻煩，我覺得這點非常好。
服務：超級滿意，有配管家。從入住開始，到退房，期間我覺得我們房間算是事情特別多的了，甚至事情多到我打電話都不好意思了，但是工作人員都依然很認真的完成了我的響應，非常熱情，熱情的令人意外。本人是很多酒店集團的高端卡顧客，他們都很難做到這樣真正體貼入微的服務，浮於表面的熱情是很容易看出來的。
最後說幾點不足吧，早餐不太好，我睡得懵懵的，被朋友拉起來硬吃早餐，到餐廳看到熱菜是三盤綠油油的純素菜時，心都死了⋯⋯其次是客房冰箱的插座是沒有供電的。
但優點實在，多到會讓我重複選擇這裡。

非常適合自駕的家庭，房間很大，整體莊園環境也很不錯，服務也很細緻。
適合幾個家庭一起出發。
不足之處:早餐種類不是特別多，但是添加食物非常及時。
酒店四周還是未開發的田地，風景一般。
但是內部環境和服務還是配得上這個價格！
