環境：這次來衢州玩，訂了浙江網評分比較高的景瀾酒店，體驗感很好，房間雖然不大，但是衞生乾淨，前台給升級大床足夠我們一家三口睡。 交通：自己開車來的，酒店有很大停車場，最重要的是有充電樁，免費停車很方便，距離孔廟水亭門、馬站底開車20來分鐘，就是停車不是很方便；服務：因為小朋友需要泡奶粉，打電話給前台多要了6瓶礦泉水，前台小姐姐都滿足了！晚上點外賣也有機器人送到房間，很不錯，總之很愉快的一次入住體驗！

LluyimickeyThis is probably the cheapest hotel I've stayed at. Who would have thought that you could stay at Atour for less than 300 yuan? I'm so happy. The facilities and bedding are as satisfactory as always. I slept very comfortably. It's a new hotel but there's no decoration smell. I feel relieved to stay here.
I'll give the hotel some suggestions as always:
1. There is a distinct smell of snail noodles in the public area of the floor. The service staff should be able to detect it. It is recommended to ventilate in time
2. The breakfast has many local characteristics, but the food is not replenished in time, and many ingredients are in poor condition. The core reason is the lack of experienced restaurant managers to do on-site management. Several sisters are very busy and overwhelmed, and the guests' expectations for Atour breakfast are not met
3. In the same building as the Four Seasons, only the middle elevator is valid for swiping the Atour room card, and the other elevator is not working. See the logo in Figure 8 for details
4. The room spray bag is up. I don't know why. The problem has been fed back to the front desk
Overall, the price-performance ratio is good, and I will continue to choose this one in the future
I believe that after the service staff becomes more skilled, this one will be closer to the standardization level of Atour.

Later, at the suggestion of the front desk girl, we went to Xinglong North Road and ate authentic local snacks. GGuest UserThe hotel has a good location and good environment and facilities. It is convenient to go out for sightseeing and tasting delicious food. Across the street are the internet-famous snack shops Yang Aizhen and Wang Agai, as well as the Longyou Steamed Cake Street. The service in particular deserves three praises. When I checked in at the hotel during the National Day holiday, there was no meal when I made the reservation, so I asked the front desk about the nearby breakfast shop. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and introduced it and directly delivered four breakfasts, which deserves the first praise. After dinner in the evening, I took a walk around the Da Nanmen Historical and Cultural District and returned to the hotel. As I was tired from driving, I planned to rest early. However, the TV in the next room was quite loud, so I asked the hotel front desk to help convey my request to lower the volume or turn off the TV. Soon the TV volume turned down and then turned off after a while. There was no sound all night (I learned the next day that it was an elderly guest who was not sensitive to sound and it was unintentional. Thank you for his or her understanding). This is the second like. The next day, when we were about to leave the hotel after having dinner there, a gentleman manager prepared two whole pieces of homemade steamed cakes for us, to apologize and compensate for the TV noise issue last night. It was really flattering and this is the third thumbs up. We are very touched by the hotel's timely response to guests' needs and its sincere attitude of not being perfunctory or shirking responsibilities. We hope that the hotel will continue to maintain this kind of service and improve the sound insulation of the rooms as much as possible. DDK TravelsStayed here for 4 nights during Golden Week. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious.
Breakfast has many choices and there was always plenty of food available.
Coffee machine was not working after the first day, but the staff was able to brew coffee instead.
I would stay here again when in Jiangshan.
