Nice hotel and friendly staff. Make sure you go during the season, end of season you will hardly find snow and facilities. Highlight is out door heated pool and roller coaster ride. They will help you for any activities and also provide beds for kids

Very bad experience staff was very arrogant we asked them for a bottle of water and he said ”no water ” when we showed him the bottle of water and he said “extra charge and that that was only for breakfast ” Overall horrible staff and did not feel like autograph collection of Marriott. Pathetic attitude of all staff. Rooms not clean. Food very bad dry and lacked taste.

I’m detailing this review since no one at the hotel cared when I spoke to them. I’m a Marriott elite gold member, I had booked a Mountain View room and as a gold member I’m eligible for upgrades. I got to the hotel and asked them if they could upgrade me to a balcony Mountain View room. They told me all the junior suites are full, I clearly told them I do not want a junior suite and I want the next category up which was available (the Mountain View balcony) anyways they told me I had to pay for it, so I did although it wasn’t what I wanted cause it had double beds and I asked for a king bed(which they told me was not available) and I double checked with them saying “it’s Mountain View?” They were like all our rooms are Mountain View (false!!). I payed extra for the balcony “Mountain View” room only to enter my room and see that my view was of the hotel itself from within and was not a Mountain View room. I went back to the reception and told them this and they literally just laughed and said this is the only room we have left with a balcony which was a blatant LIE because I asked for the manager who immediately gave me a king bed Mountain View balcony room. Saying I’m a gold elite Marriott member is because if that’s what I am and I got treated this way, then how do others who are not part of the Marriott membership get treated?. Housekeeping at the hotel is really bad, I came into the room the tissue box was empty, parts of the shower have not been cleaned there were stuff stuck on the wall… I could go on about housekeeping but whenever I asked for something to get done the sweet lady from housekeeping at the turnover night shift would help. The spa cancelled one of our bookings without letting us know and changed the timing of our other booking. There’s a restaurant called scalini located on the -1 level of the hotel. I could not find their number online to make a booking and when I called the guest services to ask for the restaurant’s number they said they don’t have it. I’m pretty sure for guest’s convenience someone could get in an elevator from floor 1 to -1 and ask the restaurant for their number so that if a guest asks for it, it’s THERE! Unbelievable bad service.. Also, a side tip since this is a tourist destination, maybe just maybe have more English speaking people as it’s a universal language and this is an international hotel chain! It’s very disappointing for me to write this because the hotel is beautiful and its amenities are really good it’s just the service makes you want to leave: which is what I did.

We used the Pik Palace ski shop - third year in a row. Fantastic team led by Zaur. They communicate before we even arrive - once arrived, the prebooked equipped was great quality and was adjusted as needed by the responsive and knowledge ski shop team. Rauf helped us and he is great as always and so are all the other members of this this ski shop team. Love it and will surely come back.

Stayed at the Pil Palace for the last four years, unfortunately the customer service has really dropped off. We asked several times each day for towels & shower gel as house keeping did not supply it to the suite that we paid over $2500 for a stay of 5 nights. No apologies were ever offered from the staff & communication was very very poor.

Breakfast has to be better than this because their bread stale and their service was very very slow. I asked so many times for drink but I didn’t get it easily. Service should be better. I just really like Balinese massage in there. I made with Yulista everyday, she is the best in the world and I highly recommend. Heated pool is very good and delightful after long time ski. Room service always forgot something. Overall rating is avarage
