Perfect location, right smack in the Quy Nhon city centre. Easy access to beach, food, and wondering around town.
This property consisting of a hotel, a non-smoking apartment residence, and a smoking permitted apartment residence. The property is pretty new. Service staffs are pretty helpful and polite.
There is no phone in the room. You need to walk down to the front desk to ask for anything you need or want, including the basic like room cleaning on the daily basis.

Near hotel have small but good chinese food, good choice for Bf too
But i want to tell hotel that the room 2702 that i stay is veryyyyy smell from the sunk in kitchen. Have to fixxxx
I check in late and the resident have no night shift staff so cant request to change room. We have to open balcony door and no aircon for whole night

TMS Residence Quy Nhon is the worst place ever to stay in Quy Nhon, NO SERVICE AT ALL, a staff take picture of your passport and another staff give you an apartment, unfortunately we got one really not maintained with patches on wall and ceiling, stained bed sheets, apartment so dated with old furnitures, mattresses hard like rock and disgusting and fifty bathrooms, showers with broken door and water is everywhere when you use it, fifty and disgusting stained towels, been refuse when asked to change apartment so we have no choose to book and pay for another hotel since it’s so disgusting that we can’t stay there, pls be aware you get a good one if you lucky since apartment condo belong to different individuals that put it for rent by a company, you better pay $50 Can for the Grand Hyams Hotel 5* than theses lousy apartment for $38 Can with no cleaning services neither towel changing, pls think twice.

TMS experience.
The location of the complex is very centralized been a short walk to the beach and in close proximity of various restaurants both the sea foods ones and more traditional Vietnamese cosine. Staff were helpful and the actual unit was very big being a 2 bedroom. The beach was a very short distance from the hotel and very clean with a lot of the usual street vendors with all types of foods and drinks.

TMS Quy Nhon is located in an extremely convenient location. Located on the coast of Quy Nhon, the view is high and unobstructed and the view is especially beautiful. There's nothing better than going out to the balcony and looking towards the port. The food around here is also quite rich and diverse, visitors have many choices. The rooms are quite new, neat and fully equipped. The equipment works well. However, the cleanliness of the room is a bit better. There needs to be an extra towel to prevent guests from slipping and falling.

You can feel the ocean under your feet from the balcony at a height of 27 floors, very good security, cheerful and friendly staff. The room is very clean and tidy, it feels like you are at home. Quy Nhon's weather at this time is not suitable for swimming, even though the beach is close to my feet, my family will continue to stay in this place the next time we return to Quy Nhon.
