Sudima Queenstown Five Mile

The view from the room is just fantastic! Supermarkets are within walkable distances.

The initial reason why I booked this hotel was there is a shuttle to city center however it wasnt meant to be. We had to uber our way there. Disappointed though from the information I received. Nevertheless the room itself has the basic requirement for a short stay. The good thing, its near a supermarket and plenty of food nearby.

Clean rooms, good service, near airport, many stores around the area

Good location with only 2km from airport. Located in five mile shopping centre. Easy to shop around and plenty of breakfast options. Very clean. Eco friendly hotel so not offering slippers or tissue box.

Excellent rooms. Really convenient. Free parking in Woolworths car park. Loved it. Would highly recommend for other travellers and would go again

Great stay at Sudima Queenstown. Room was spacious to accomodate a few of us and the surrounding is perfect!

The location is convenient, with supermarkets, shopping malls, and restaurants all within walking distance. However, it is about a 20-minute drive to Queenstown town centre. Parking is shared with the shopping mall, but we did not encounter any issues finding a space. Overall, the hotel is good in terms of cleanliness, location, and amenities. For service, I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars. During check-out, there was no staff at the reception, and no one responded when we called for assistance. As we were rushing to catch a domestic flight, this was quite frustrating. Fortunately, a cleaner happened to walk by and helped by knocking on the office door, after which a staff member finally came out. I don’t think this level of service should occur at a hotel of this standard.

Good location, and very clean place. We love the place. Highly recommended.

Close to airport, plenty of free parking in a mall. Very soft bed.
