i arrived only a few minutes after booking online. the staff understandably werent prepared, they were polite and efficient as they got me to the right room

The staff there are very helpful. Location of the hotel is great, easy walk to city centre. Highly recommended.

excellent location and nice room but limited parking spaces

good view and close to centre。You can walk to Ferg and lake. Suitabke for travelers without car

We was told there would be parking space for us. When we return after dinner we found the specific parking space were full and actually there were very limited parking lot(7-8 cars) for so many rooms. The reception told us it was first come first serve and suggested us to park at the neighbourhood but not at other free spaces inside the hotel area. Thats quite not friendly to be honest.

Super location, tidy room, easy check in. Quick walk downtown. Cosy winter room once the heating kicked in.

Didn't eat at hotel and so csnt comment on food. Guest laundry closed at 2200 as is in accomodation block and so noise concerns. Caused a bit of a problem.

Bathroom was very smelly, smells of hard chemicals and noisey

Can be noisy on Saturday nights with drunkies knocking

Good location, but inside the property is a bit old, this price is not valuable.

酒店24小時前台，小木屋非常温馨，景觀不錯在小陽台上就能看到湖景，停車方便且免費，距離鎮中心步行衹要幾分鐘，過個紅綠燈就到了。唯一不足就是門口的這條馬路是個坡道，走回酒店要上個坡。

距離皇后鎮市區走路只要10分鐘，很多停車位，停車方便、交通也方便、房間很大、價格合理，是皇后鎮住宿的不錯選擇。

設施：很不錯，非常好的一次體驗，可以直接看皇后鎮的湖，推薦

這個酒店是我在新西蘭旅程裏最差的，還不如青旅，但價格可比青旅貴多了。住宿當晚沒有熱水洗澡，説設施壞了，到第二天早上離開前也沒有熱水。房間設施很破舊，喝水壺放桌上一會還有蜘蛛絲落上面，有圖有真相，不冤枉他
