Ulasan Heartland Hotel Queenstown

Kamarnya lumayan. Agak tua dan ketinggalan zaman, tapi bisa merasakan pegas di tempat tidur saat berbaring. Kamar mandinya sangat tua dan pintunya tidak bisa ditutup dengan benar karena kelembapan yang menumpuk dan pintunya menggelembung. Lorong-lorongnya berbau lembap dan ada lubang di langit-langit, satu-satunya hal yang bagus dari kamar itu adalah tekanan pancuran yang luar biasa.

Heartland has the ideal location - just a short walk from the heart of the city, yes the views from the King Chalet room was breathtaking. Thankful to be assigned a very nice corner room for my week’s stay. Interior of the room is kept simple yet comfortable. I had a most unforgettable stay!

The chalet was absolutely stunning, it had gorgeous views. The staff were all fantastic, welcoming and friendly. I cannot fault a thing. My recent visit was a trip to remember! I will certainly come back to this hotel when I visit Queenstown again. Thank you.

Decent sized room with beautiful view of the mountains. Location is excellent as it’s only a 5 minute walk to the town centre.

Clean comfortable and restaurant lovely. Nice quiet and close to main center.

Rooms need abit of updating but other than that it’s an alright place to stay and close walk to town.

Good location !!!! Can walk to Queenstown center, provide many services like food / laundry / weather information / etc… It’s a good experience stay this hostel!!!!

When I arrived early about 12 plus and plan to put my luggage with hotel as I know is too early for check-in. Hotel receptionist told me that I can do all the paperwork first and I have requested high floor. And it was committed that I will have high floor. When I back to hotel 3 plus, I was given 1st floor (fyi. the first-floor means go down 2 floors) and I was told by another receptionist no chance all taken and there was no note regards to my request.

Worst hotel ever. Walls are paper thin. Floors are thin as well, can hear all those luggage rolling noise like it’s right in the room We got woke up at 6am from these noise and people started checking out and caused us unable to sleep at all. The windows are not noise insulated as well, can hear all those engine noise and trucks reversing noise all morning. We could even hear people chatting at the reception in our room! Toilets are super old and cranky. Keep making moo-ing sound when someone is using the bathroom Staff was not helpful, didn’t even try to relocate us to a better room just to have a rest Literally the worst hotel I have been to ever.

Nice location but the room were old also bathroom really old and some part broken as well specially shower and hand door were broken we stay one night in there. The food is really testy and reasonable price, reception work in order food and room check in as well.

In general, a very good experience. A roomy and confortable room, with excellent views to the lake, the mountains and the city. However, some, room aspects could be improved. The tub is slippery (we had a small accident). The TV set was diffucult to switch off... There are important slopes to go to the city, but this is how Queenstown is made...
