Lovely hotel. Clean, quiet, rooms are well equipped, the check in was fast and smooth. Will definitely stay here again.

Cleanliness and location The atmosphere of the hotel was so good. The pool and spa were so good for the kids. The staff were friendly and I was very satisfied with the fresh apples and free sweets in the bar that were free in the morning. The complement is that the TV is too old to connect Netflix, YouTube and Hanfun at all, and the bed mattress is too out, so two people gather in the middle in the morning ^^

The hotel has a lot of entertainment for children, but the gym is too dark and the sauna is too old. The water pressure is also low when taking a shower, and the water comes out very slowly! Overall, the experience is still good, and the children like it very much!

The hotel's environment, sanitation, services and facilities are quite good, the hotel also provides a free underground parking garage, the small parking lot on the ground and the management staff also give parking. There are two big beds in the hotel, such as sleeping four people is still very loose. The bathroom is also large, clean and tidy, and the shower room is hot and large. The public facilities are complete, there is a gym and swimming pool, and the opening hours are also very long. The surrounding traffic is quite convenient. There are three buses that can go directly to the old town. There is a large Wal-Mart supermarket on the road, next to a large MALL. Further connected is the famous LAVAL University. For the winter students to shop without freezing, they have built a passage from the school to the shopping center. Everything is very user-friendly. However, there are also two regrets. First, I am reminded that I have already enjoyed the credit guarantee and I am exempt from the guarantee. However, the customer service call must be guaranteed by us, so that we had to change the advanced hotel processing payment, and also made three international long-distance calls with the customer service to bear the international long-distance telephone charges. Second, we booked the price of the two rooms on Ctrip. It’s 301 Canadian dollars. If you pay to the counter, you need to charge 311 Canadian dollars. I don’t know why? In short, I am satisfied with the hotel and have the opportunity to stay.

Hotel not far from the city center, about 15 minutes by car. Clean rooms, although we took a room for 2 days and they never came to clean, but I have found this in all the hotels in Canada. There is also a small heated indoor pool and they provide you with towels at the reception.

Lunch: a box with a yogurt, a PERIT muffin, a cookie, a mini fruit salad and a cheese (it's the sweet box) who eats cookies for lunch???? The other box, there ”salty” offers a turkey cheese croissant, yogurt, cheese and some stuff. This croissant for breakfast is a bit heavy! I find it unfortunate that the wonderful buffet is no longer offered AND ESPECIALLY THAT THE PRICE HAS NOT BEEN ADJUSTED CONSEQUENTLY. Lots of dust in the room.

It was the best and cleanest hotel I stayed in while traveling in Quebec. All of the staff were friendly. I'm quite sensitive to cleanliness... I think I'll probably book this place next time I travel to Quebec. It's a bit far from Old Quebec, but it's only a 30-minute walk while listening to music, and taxi fares are cheap, so it doesn't seem like a burden.
