This place sucked.We got one towel for the entire time, the staff were rude and scary, and the food was passable at best.The beds had crumbs in them and the outlets barely worked.Most of the food was room temperature, and the hosts swore twice, and we are only kids! He also complained about cleaning the kitchen, and that's literally his job! He said we all ate like wild animals.The rooms were also never cleaned over our stay.

If you’re staying with a large group in Canberra, this is the hotel to stay at! We were a group of 11 on a Canberra school excursion and this hotel was just exceptional for our needs. Basic, yet comfortable rooms, excellent kid friendly meals, a seperate dining room for teachers and supervisors, great adult meals, movie nights for the kids and access to a pool table and games. Kathryn and Cam have transformed this place into teacher heaven with their friendly staff and superior customer service. I cannot it recommend it more highly. Thank you again from Lord Howe Island Central School!
