Un hôtel magnifique, bien exposé. La chambre était spacieuse (58m2), avec une grande terrasse (équipée de transats). Le personnel est incroyablement sympathique ! En particulier les serveurs du Dining room qui ont décoré notre table la veille de notre départ ! Personnel d'une grande gentillesse, et tout est naturel. Les piscines sont grandes, au calme, face à la mer. La plage est équipée, et donne sur le lagon. Nous avons une petite fille de 6 ans, et tout le personnel était très attentionné à son égard. Le buffet (nous étions en demi-pension ) est varié, abordant chaque jour une cuisine différente. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. L'eau à table, mais assez classique dans de nombreux pays. L'eau est toutefois offerte au bord des piscines et dans les chambres (changée chaque jour). Un endroit parfait pour se reposer, sans stress, un hôtel formidable, ou tout est admirablement pense pour le client!

Je suis resté 10 jours à the Residence.Tout était très bien .Bel hôtel ,le personnel au top .Un emplacement de dingue.Mais je met en garde tout les résidents concernant le bar et la restauration .J avais réservé en tout inclus sauf les boissons .J ai payé un forfait pour la boisson mais la surprise je ne pouvais boire ce que je voulais et même chose pour la restauration on ne pouvait manger ce que l on voulait sauf à payer également un supplément.Je trouve désagréable d avoir tout le temps la main au portefeuille.Ce qui est simple tout compris est un vrai tout compris et avec les boissons

A wonderful place to relax with a child. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The staff is very kind, especially the butlers - caring and responsive. The food is delicious and varied. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful place. I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely come back again.

Cet hôtel est tout simplement Superbe,nous venons de passer dix jours de rêve .C’etait notre deuxième séjour à l’hôtel The Résidence.Tout y est parfait ,le cadre ,la plage ,une piscine de rêve.Un personnel au petits soins ,un majordome qui passe plusieurs fois par jours Sailen ,vous voir et vérifier que tout va bien.Un espace Spa magnifique avec Brinda d’une gentillesse incroyable des soins ,des massages lun espace sauna et hamam gratuit .l’Ile Maurice c’est un voyage de rêve !les repas sont exquis dans cet hôtel merci Ruben ! ,j’ai rarement vu un petit déjeuner de cette qualité et le buffet du soir d’une grande variété merci Sanjay !! .Un grand merci à tous et à toutes .J'espère qu’une chose revenir l’année prochaine !

Séjour merveilleux. Très bel hôtel avec un personnel au top. L’endroit est superbe. Nous reviendrons. Une mention spéciale pour le service au restaurant. Une autre pour l’équipe des activités nautiques. Le spa est très beau même si nous avons trouvé les soins un peu chers . Le majordome au petit soin… Bravo aux plagistes. Encore merci à Ruben, Stéphane, Ralph et Alexandre pour leur compétence, leur patience, leur gentillesse et leur bonne humeur
