I checked in with my daughter and sister from the 20th to the 24th December 2024 and we had a wonderful experience! The hotel is very new, and the 2 rooms are impressively spacious, providing great comfort throughout our stay. The location, though not accessible by large vehicles, is well-served by convenient smaller vehicles called ”xiao bai,” which made getting around a breeze. This thoughtful arrangement added to the charm of the place. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. As someone from Singapore, I was thrilled to find my hometown breakfast featured alongside Quanzhou cuisine. The fusion of flavors was delightful, and we looked forward to it every morning. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Zhuang Zhuang for going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. The hotel is located in a central prime location in a busy but relatively quiet side street, very convenient and close to everything you ever need. Plenty of attractions,restaurants, cafes and places of interest all within walking distance. We had a fantastic time here in Quanzhou with superb and hospitable weather all through the week, no withstanding the taiphoon passing nearby. The facilities are modern, even an inhouse cafe/ restaurant which provides prompt services with near perfect tasty food and drinks. The room service on the low desk in the room made it the best and most memorable dining experience we had during the mini honeymoon. See the photos attached. The staff esp the reception, even the cleaners, went out of the way to attend to every needs and request from us, always with a smile and highly professional disposition. I personally saw how they handled a particularly difficult client with such grace and calmness, which settled the impasse pretty promptly. I saw the client a few days later who was full of smiles, satisfaction and appreciation of the level of comfort and services she received. I couldn't have been happier the 4 days staying and could have extended more days had there been rooms available. But I promise to return when the first opportunity avail itself. The only suggestion I can give is to make the slippery floor in the toilet more slip resistant. Perhaps with some thin layer of anti slip mat whenever requested by more senior clients like me. I was extra careful going in and out each time, as the water ponded easily there .

The service is great, and there are also travel food guides. Cleaning is done every day. The rooftop has a view of the streets of the ancient city, and there are tea sets. Convenient transportation, right in the ancient city, but not noisy.   It was the Lantern Festival, and a bowl of glutinous rice balls was given as a gift, and the sense of ritual for the festival was not missed, haha~ Just that I feel that the shower in the bathroom is not used to it, it would be better if it could be marked with instructions.   Because there is no window, remember to turn on the exhaust to dry.

The location of this B&B is really good, inside West Street, and it is very convenient to travel. We booked 2 rooms, which was just right for 2 families with children. The children were very happy, and the front desk guy was also very enthusiastic. The top floor also has a view of West Street. The price-performance ratio is also very high. It is a B&B that exceeded expectations.

This is a new hotel located in the Fengze area. You can take the bus to the main attractions if you are not keen to walk, the bus station is just less than 100m away from the hotel. There are a lot of food options nearby. The room is small but fine for solo traveller, in-room amenities are sufficient. The staff are very friendly and courteous, they provided excellent service. The WiFi connection was not good, but the staff solved the problem as soon as possible and offered a room upgrade for compensation. I would greatly recommend this hotel!
