We REALLY enjoyed our stay here. The staff are very polite, helpful and hardworking! There's the nice note in the hotel room with some snacks. Room also had several travel reference guides with lots of pictures. Great for last minute planning! Receptionists were very kind when answering some rather silly questions, haha. We only stayed one night, the next day it was different staff. I had asked them for the name of the staff member who check us in, so here's a shout out to ”小莲” ”Little Lotus” Thanks for your help! Highly recommend anyone to stay here! 5/5

The hotel is located at a quieter city area, which also means less convenient. But hte facilities are quite new.

Great location, this was my second stay at the hotel. Super convenient, next to big malls great cinema too, easy to travel to all attraction, if you love food there’s a night market and many eatery places nearby. The hotel dinner hotpot buffet was great, highly recommend. Downside was their executive lounge wasn’t really impressive, have to praised they do have super friendly staff and very helpful too. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 five star.

The hotel room is clean and neat, Hotel staff are alert, friendly, polite and prompt action to our needs. We have a wonderful night to celebrate father's birthday with a surprised hotel complementary birthday cake and well served by a kind Hotel staff especially Miss Orange 徐红 . We will definitely book this hotel again if we return to QuanZhou city. Keep up to good works!

Wonderful Stay, Language Barrier Concern My recent stay at Fu’an hotel was wonderful overall, with just one minor concern regarding a language barrier. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and the hospitality throughout my stay was exceptional. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and comfort. The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. However, one challenge I encountered was a slight language barrier with some of the staff members. While most were proficient in English, there were a few instances where communication became a bit challenging. Despite this, the staff made genuine efforts to assist me and ensure my needs were met to the best of their ability. Despite this minor inconvenience, I would still highly recommend Fu’an hotel to others, as the overall experience was outstanding. With its excellent amenities, convenient location, and attentive staff, it offers a fantastic stay experience.

I have to say that the environment is particularly good, after all, the place that has received the national leaders! When walking around the lake, I also encountered a geese that provoked me. He didn't know that I loved to eat the big goose the most, bold! There are children, and they also specially equipped with children's toothbrushes. The quality of the toothbrush is very good. Pros: The room is big, the hotel is in a good location, there are many restaurants nearby Room service is fast, the price/performance ratio is quite high Cons: 1. I hope the hotel can not put the family planning supplies in a conspicuous place at the head of the bed, it really ruins the view. I went there with my children and put them in the cupboard immediately after seeing them. 2. The hotel is not soundproof. I didn't know that the dance hall opposite was too loud at night. It didn't end until 2 o'clock. 3. The bath water is too cold... I went there during the May Day holiday. It rained and I went back to the hotel to take a bath. I didn't dare to rinse too much. The bath water was cold

Before the trip, the housekeeper Xiao Chen contacted in advance to inform the hotel services and facilities as well as the activities during the Spring Festival. After arriving, the luggage was arranged properly, and the facilities in the room were carefully introduced. Daily greetings during the stay, help to book the teppanyaki and dinner positions, thoughtful but keep a distance, and have a good sense of propriety. The room has a welcome fruit plate, a large barrel of natural mineral water, Anxi specialty Tieguanyin, and health sweet soup and desserts every night. The mini bar in the room has free drinks and snacks, and the atmosphere is not stingy. The hotel environment is like a paradise. Each villa has two bedrooms with their own independent and private indoor and outdoor hot spring pools, which is convenient and relaxing. The hotel also arranges children's handcraft activities regularly. The sister is gentle and patient, and the handcrafts vary in difficulty, so both big and small children can enjoy it. The hotel breakfast is very exquisite and full of local characteristics. 6 kinds of tea, freshly ground soy milk, freshly popped popcorn, and freshly made waffles are all children's favorites. The price of Teppanyaki dinner is in line with first-tier cities, but the ingredients and craftsmanship are also online, so it is still recommended. The dinner a la carte is also good, the dishes are unique, and the choice is up to you. The overall experience is very good, beyond expectations, especially the service and facilities, which are very suitable for family travel.
