母親節一家人出來旅遊，入住的這個酒店，網上看覺得還不錯，入住過程體驗實在太差勁了，房間一股臭味，還沒有空調，打電話問了前台，好一會才來兩個師傅修理了才好，接着沒有小朋友的牙刷拖鞋等洗浴用品，酒店是別墅型式的，外面雜草叢生，好像很久沒人打掃過，房間還漏了沒有梳子，突然下雨，也沒有雨傘🌂，早上的早餐更不用説了，量很少而且還不及時補，就幾樣吃的，真的掛着這個喜來登的名字丟人，孩子在大堂外面玩累了想喝水，去前台問有沒有礦泉水拿一瓶，前台小妹脾氣很差的回了一句，沒有提供這種，入住這麼多酒店，這個酒店體驗感最差，再也不會來了
唯一能誇的衹有酒店的擺渡車和晚上的篝火了，小哥哥人很好，叫車很快就來。

空調前天都壞了，還給我們開房，大熱天在那裡等人過來修空調，修又修不好，一家子都熱的要死。打電話想換房態度很差勁，酒店裡牙刷浴巾都是缺的。後面打電話才送過來。她説因為主管沒查房。主管查不查房跟我們有什麼關係！在大堂孩子渴了想要杯水，態度惡劣説沒有水，水用完了。真扯淡。這種還開什麼酒店，沒人是有原因。
