五一人很多，房間收拾時間稍長，但酒店還是很努力加快速度。晚上文脈坊有表演很熱鬧。温德姆對孩子很友好，早餐也很豐富。

感覺沒有服務高客流的能力，整個入住過程很混亂，兩點到店也有很多客人無法入住。共區衞生堪憂，且陳設混亂。Wi-Fi也很不方便，電視按照操作指南無法投屏。如果平日住可能體驗會好一些。地理位置不錯，酒店整體設計有一些巧思，但細節處卻不見足夠用心。

房間很大，前後庭院也不錯。難的是電視開了會員，可以看的影片很多，效果不錯。天氣涼快的話，户外的私湯應該也很好玩兒。
衞生和服務都不盡人意。入住時間卡得很死，一定要2點後才行，結果差不多4點才入住。衞生間馬桶一股子濃郁的尿騷味，燒開水沖了2次都沒散掉。客廳的地毯有股黴味。放茶具的休閑椅挪開牆邊全是灰塵。
