Seaview Hotels in Qionghai

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at on Hainan island. Great service - albeit English only is a challenge; clean and well designed rooms; wonderful amenities: two pools - one shallow, sprawling and great for kids and one facing the ocean; the roof has an open air lounge with a five path foot massage floor which we enjoyed as much as a morning coffee haha. Will be back!

The beach in front of the hotel was beautiful. We went for kitesurfing on this side of Hainan and the location was great. The hotel is nice, although there are some parts of the façade that need some wall painting. The big pool is very nice (also need some upgrading though). all in all it was a nice hotel. Chinese food in the restaurant was very tasty and good quality. Breakfast buffet was nice as well (Mostly chinese dishes ewhich we love, but had bread, butter, marmalade and coffee). The reception is helpful, but is better if you speak chinese. the is a (automatic-no staff) supermarket and indoor playground. We had a good time. To go to other restaurants, we had to take taxi, but easy to do with DiDi.

There is a musty smell and it will take 15 minutes of air conditioning ventilation to dissipate. The location of the hotel is very remote, you need to drive 3 kilometers to reach the business. The only thing is that it is very close to the beach. You can see the beach and the sea when you open the window. There is a self-service washing machine and drying on the balcony of the room, which can also solve the problem of self-driving clothes. The front desk is a bit shabby, but the service attitude is okay. There is a restaurant on the 26th floor, which belongs to another famous hotel. For 168, it can feed a family of three, and the service attitude is quite satisfactory. The price/performance ratio is quite high

I came here because of its reputation. It is the venue of the Boao Forum. The hotel is very big. It is a bit difficult to find it by navigating. It happened to have a large conference in the hotel. It was a bit messy and I didn’t like it. But my sea view room was very quiet, the pillow was suitable, and it was the best night I slept on my trip. The breakfast was also very satisfactory. The waiter was very responsible. The hotel is convenient to enter and exit. It is very close to Boao Town and there are many choices for food. 👍

The room is clean and quiet at night. Although it is old, the design and maintenance are good. For a house facing the sea, it is not easy for the housekeeping staff to maintain it to such a good level. Although the room is slightly damp, it is understandable, and the room is equipped with an air purifier, which is rare in hotels, to minimize the damp smell. The next day's breakfast was rich in dishes and tasted good. The service staff was friendly, and the room type was upgraded when we checked in, which gave us a very good accommodation experience. A five-star rating is a must!

I chose to stay at Dongyu Island Hotel from mixed reviews. First of all, I want to emphasize that it is really private and quiet. You can't go wrong with the Chinese character. Don't try to resist aging, and use service to adapt to the ever-changing. First of all, the price of this hotel is very reasonable. It actually has the same butler service as the St. Regis Hotel. This is a win. Thanks to Clara at the front desk. She answered all questions and answered my messages very late. We have an extra child in three rooms, and breakfast was also given to me smoothly, which is very humane. I also thank Emily, the assistant manager of the lobby, for her smiling service in this hotel. Very satisfied. The hotel has its own hot spring, but it needs to open at 18:30, but it is definitely enough. You don't have to go to the Forum Hotel at night. It's very comfortable to go upstairs and sleep after soaking. The hotel has good sound insulation, but it was damaged to varying degrees by floods last year, the wallpaper was cracked, and the light colors were different, but the hardware facilities are still online. There are dehumidifiers in the rooms, which is very good. The drinking water is also coconut trees, and the service details are really good. Although there is not much breakfast, the bread is definitely beyond your imagination. The Chinese style focuses on cleanliness and hygiene. More importantly, the scenery of the hotel is super beautiful. Will continue to choose it again.

The location is perfect with a lovely view of the beach from our balcony. The staff members were all very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is pretty nice. The pool is amazing. The fish foot spa is an interesting experience for no charge and there is recreational area including billiards and ping pong. Complimentary high tea in the afternoon is nice.

The hotel we booked together arranged very nice rooms for us. The weather in Hainan is quite warm, the hotel has a great sea view, and the front desk lady is very nice. There is nothing to choose from for this price and this level of hotel, and it also includes a buffet breakfast, which is very cost-effective. The only thing that is not very friendly to tourists is that there is no free laundry and drying. There are so many people and they charge per piece, which is a bit expensive. The front desk lady suggested that we just wash by hand. It is really good to have a large balcony, so that the clothes can be dried the next day.

A relatively cost-effective sea view hotel. Unfortunately, it was cloudy on the day of check-in and the sea view was not nice. The hotel front desk service was serious. Open from 8am to 8pm, the opening hours are so satisfying. Buying tickets with your room number can get a lot of discounts. We played there for several hours. When we were tired from playing in the morning, we went back to the room to rest comfortably, and then continued playing in the afternoon. Speaking of eating, after leaving the hotel, go to Boao Town, where there are many barbecue snacks for you to choose from. If you want to eat seafood, you can definitely go to Tanmen Town. All kinds of fresh and delicious seafood are mouth-watering. Even if you are tired from playing and can’t walk, ordering takeout can easily solve the problem. I have to say that the service in this hotel is even better! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the staff were attentive and always had a warm smile on their faces. Check-in was quick and efficient, and they thoughtfully introduced us to surrounding tours and food information. In the room, as long as you have any needs, just make a phone call and the service staff will respond and solve it immediately. We also upgraded the room for free, which is quite satisfying. When we checked out, we were thoughtfully asked about our stay, which was really heartwarming. All in all, this stay was a great experience and I really recommend it to everyone!
