沙美村靠近內海，在三江入海口邊上，鹹淡相會，物產豐富，雖村裡大力被政府開發扶持，建保護區，做民宿，但沙美村人普遍保留了下海打撈的習慣，也可帶客去體驗捕魚。入住望海居，可享受田園之風，品嚐生活海鮮，如果你喜歡這些，此處為不可多得的體驗之處。

環境:民宿在沙美村，旁邊有紅樹林，但是到不了海邊，紅樹林基本20分鐘可以轉完，較原始沒太開發，邊上還有個沒入住商家的商業一條街可以轉轉，大概10分鐘能轉完，進出村子需要繳費，顯示5元，但實際繳費是7元沒遇到過，刷新好幾次毅然
設施:民宿是農家小院，用的衞浴五金是科勒的，裝飾物較為質樸，就地取材能看出屋主對民宿還是比較用心，有廚房可以做飯，有一次性洗漱用品，無一次性拖鞋也沒有提供礦泉水
衞生:整體較整潔，老闆娘打掃很是麻利，十幾分鍾一間房，但沒有消毒殺菌，較隱蔽的煙頭和垃圾沒有照顧到，另建議可以多備幾牀被子和枕頭，天氣好的時候拿出去晾曬一下，估計老闆娘也是摸到床單被褥太過於潮濕用吹風機吹了一會，但毅然很潮濕，房間裏有黴黴的味道，雖然開空調除濕但作用不大
服務:因為附近衹有一家小飯館10點才開門，民宿也標明不提供早餐，老闆娘較為貼心拿了一盤木薯給我們充饑，還好是自駕帶了麪和氣管爐灶，打了2個老闆娘的雞蛋解決早飯問題，老闆和老闆娘還是挺熱情的，沒事了都會坐在門口一起聊天
農家小院體驗的就是淳樸，除了被子濕潮難以接受，其他符合鄉村生活

衹有三間房的本地民宿，跟着房東撐的船去村裡的紅樹林網了野生蝦蟹，可遇不可求的體驗，村裡有餐廳，打車也方便，東線一路沿着海岸線慢慢玩過來，不急趕路可以慢慢品味古村新味。

入住體驗令人驚喜，是村民自營的，軟裝很有特點，老闆超級熱情。要臨時加訂一間房但訂滿了（她衹有三間房）特意幫我們聯繫附近另一家民宿，還親自帶路去入住。早上離開時，老闆還送我們一個海南特色的鍋鏟，還有兩個大大的椰子。

就在博鰲內海邊的民家小院，三間房都很乾凈整潔，民宿老闆大姐非常熱情，給我們做了早飯，還把家鄉寄來的鹹菜給我們下飯。在這裏你可以真實感受到中國美麗鄉村的風貌

真正意義上民宿，環島七天最後一天入住了最舒服的酒店。民宿在沙美下村，前往山欽灣燕子洞遊玩的朋友可以試試這家民宿，路程不算遠但絕對物超所值，喜歡安靜的一定要來試試，民宿是老闆自己的房改造，老闆娘打掃得特別乾淨，小物件的選擇也是頗有特色，特別增添氣氛感。
最後要説的就是老闆人真的太熱情啦，一起喝茶聊天拉家常，還極力邀請一起吃飯，在外面一週時間突然吃到一口家常菜那種反差感不真實感幸福感油然而生！點贊👍👍👍
