Qionghai Hotels with Gym

Excellent hotel in a great location. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The staff are super helpful (especially Zhuang Qingwen) and there is underground parking with charging which was a blessing. Highly recommended hotel! This is our 3rd stay here and we will keep coming back.

The resort is well located next to the lake and walking distance to Baishiling park. Facilities are well designed and are being taken care of with a good maintenance plan. We travelled with kids and got the two bedrooms suite, which was very comfortable well appointed with great amenities. Compared to the other int chain hotels on Hainan, the management is doing so much better- great service from the staff and even during rush hour they have no problems delivering. Breakfast and food overall was good, while common areas are very comfortable and nicely designed. The hotel is children friendly and have numerous activities for the young visitors including a separate dedicated venue for them. For a more fluent communication Chinese speaking companions would make things very easy. This is a hot springs resort open for day walk-ins; it looks like an independent operation from the hotel management and the staff may challenge you (can be rude) if you don’t wear your bracelet - I would say more training is required for the hot springs personnel to meet the level of the hotel team. Fabulous the hotel especially the wall lights are shinning perfectly however one housekeeping staff with black suit were disputing to me when I took 4 small bottles of pure water from the trolley at corridor when back to my room even I said hi how are you to her firstly but she had total no any polite and disputed to me said which's my room number why I took the water by myself freely and blamed me seriously, it's totally shocked by me at that moment that's exactly a professional hospitality you're treating your customers like that right, as well the chef when met in morning asked him where's the restaurant for a couple of times but he had no any response back to answer your question, it's totally the uncomfortable taste to your hotel and will be definitely spreading your good service to others, herewith thanks to the management Ms Wang JieQing she's so kind to revert me back to above bad experience from me and sent me a plate of fruit for relieving me a bit thanks, hotel restaurant is awesome we had all our meals there for every day especially the coconut chicken is the best of the best from the restaurant seafood is perfect also indeed

I am from Singapore and I was there with my handicapped mother for the first time. The service in this hotel is very good! They turned up very fast whenever we asked for housekeeping service. The rooms are big, bed is very comfortable and very clean as well! We booked the family suite (vedu room) and it’s the only one in the hotel located on the second floor. It has laundromat(free) and gym on the same floor which is very very convenient for us. Just get out of the room and we could easily do our laundry. Best thing is they also provide laundry detergent (free). We booked the rooms that come with free breakfast. It’s serves local Hainan cuisine and usually western bakeries, toast / bread and salad. It has espresso coffee machine, fruit juices machine, hot milk, hot soy milk and tea. Wide spread of breakfast! I highly recommend to stay at this hotel if you are planning to visit Hainan, Qionghai.

There is a musty smell and it will take 15 minutes of air conditioning ventilation to dissipate. The location of the hotel is very remote, you need to drive 3 kilometers to reach the business. The only thing is that it is very close to the beach. You can see the beach and the sea when you open the window. There is a self-service washing machine and drying on the balcony of the room, which can also solve the problem of self-driving clothes. The front desk is a bit shabby, but the service attitude is okay. There is a restaurant on the 26th floor, which belongs to another famous hotel. For 168, it can feed a family of three, and the service attitude is quite satisfactory. The price/performance ratio is quite high

First of all, I would like to thank the housekeeper Jerry for his enthusiastic service. He introduced the surrounding tourist attractions before check-in. During the stay, he took into consideration that my wife's knees could not stand the air conditioning, and actively coordinated the heating and added an extra quilt. Because it was our wedding anniversary, we wanted to order a cake, and Jerry was also very active in helping us and telling us where to travel. The hotel has a beautiful environment, a comfortable stay, a rich breakfast, and is close to Boao Town, which is convenient for travel, and suitable for vacation!

As a nano-level shareholder of COSCO SHIPPING Group, of course I have to support it. I have to give it 5 points. It occupies the best location in Boao, with Yudai Beach at the door. The hotel has been upgraded, and the sea view is almost worth the price. It happened to be the fireworks show in Boao, which lasts half an hour every night from New Year's Eve to Lantern Festival. The service facilities are quite satisfactory, and the breakfast category is not rich enough. Thanks to Ququ and Kinly, I hope COSCO will be stable and long-term, and all sectors of container shipping will be good!

The room is clean and quiet at night. Although it is old, the design and maintenance are good. For a house facing the sea, it is not easy for the housekeeping staff to maintain it to such a good level. Although the room is slightly damp, it is understandable, and the room is equipped with an air purifier, which is rare in hotels, to minimize the damp smell. The next day's breakfast was rich in dishes and tasted good. The service staff was friendly, and the room type was upgraded when we checked in, which gave us a very good accommodation experience. A five-star rating is a must!

I chose to stay at Dongyu Island Hotel from mixed reviews. First of all, I want to emphasize that it is really private and quiet. You can't go wrong with the Chinese character. Don't try to resist aging, and use service to adapt to the ever-changing. First of all, the price of this hotel is very reasonable. It actually has the same butler service as the St. Regis Hotel. This is a win. Thanks to Clara at the front desk. She answered all questions and answered my messages very late. We have an extra child in three rooms, and breakfast was also given to me smoothly, which is very humane. I also thank Emily, the assistant manager of the lobby, for her smiling service in this hotel. Very satisfied. The hotel has its own hot spring, but it needs to open at 18:30, but it is definitely enough. You don't have to go to the Forum Hotel at night. It's very comfortable to go upstairs and sleep after soaking. The hotel has good sound insulation, but it was damaged to varying degrees by floods last year, the wallpaper was cracked, and the light colors were different, but the hardware facilities are still online. There are dehumidifiers in the rooms, which is very good. The drinking water is also coconut trees, and the service details are really good. Although there is not much breakfast, the bread is definitely beyond your imagination. The Chinese style focuses on cleanliness and hygiene. More importantly, the scenery of the hotel is super beautiful. Will continue to choose it again.

Renovated few years ago and well maintained. My family would really love to extend the stay if possible. Good location and few mins walk to zaliang street with many food options.
