Self-driving trip to Beidaihe, parking is free and convenient, and staying here is also very convenient. 房間乾淨整潔，老闆熱情好客，非常愉快的一次旅行，買之前電話諮詢過老闆每個房間的區別，因為是一家三口出行，我看床都挺大的哪個房間好像都能住下，看照片都差不多，價錢也差不多，老闆説我問的哪幾個都差不多，就是情侶房多個小陽台，我就團的情侶房，因為帶孩子去的，老闆還送給孩子一罐當地特產海苔，非常好吃，而且找老闆買票有的還有優惠價，我們一家三口去集發玩找老闆買的古城票花了150，而且每次出去玩，早上老闆看見了還説讓我們去廚房拿兩瓶水帶上，省得出去花錢買水了，周邊也有很多吃飯的地方，很方便，去集發步行十多分鐘就到了，非常推薦去他家住宿

1v1 butler service, contact in advance to enter vehicle information, etc. The service is in place, the hotel environment is OK, especially very quiet at night, the sound insulation is very good. There was a little episode in the picking package I bought, the hotel solved it quickly, the children picked big grapefruits, and I was very happy overall!

My wife and I took the high-speed rail from Shenyang to Beidaihe Railway Station on September 17, 2023. After getting off the train, we took a taxi to Atour Hotel Xianluo Island in Nandaihe. I did my homework before coming and chose this hotel because it is close to the seaside and convenient for shopping. I came here to stay and visit, and I really chose Atour. The breakfast is rich and great. The room is newly decorated and has complete facilities. The front desk The service is warm and thoughtful, and bottled water is provided free of charge. There are many seafood restaurants in the surrounding area, and there are supermarkets just a few dozen meters away, making shopping convenient. This is my first time staying at Atour Hotel, and it will be my first choice in the future.

The boss was enthusiastic, helped us contact the car rental, taxi, and took three children to play. On the first day, I rented an electric car to the Blue Coast. The remaining two days were nearby baths, and I could walk back and forth. I woke up naturally, I could have breakfast downstairs, renting a swimming ring to play in the water, and the children and adults were not tired. Don't bring your own plastic swimming ring, the bath is not allowed to use, rent a rubber swimming ring near the hotel, ten yuan a day. I will come here again next year at the beach!

The house is clean and hygienic. The wooden house uses the original ecological craftsmanship. The location is excellent. You can reach the beach in a few steps. I personally like the evening lights. It gives people a warm feeling and the lively mood of the family. It is worth experiencing. The hotel has a place for children to play. You can bring children to play, the environment is very pleasant, the spring is full, there is also a place for adults to enjoy the cool in the yard, it is worth going!

First, I wold like to thank the staff for their excellent service, in particular, I would like the management to recognize 我的名字是Meijiaxue for her help. Staff speak minimal English but worked very hard to understand us and give us extra care. I would recommend that the hotel have a wechat account available for foriegners to contact the front desk for easy translation. 我的名字是Meijiaxue connected with us this way, via our request. She went out of her way to help book us a car, order food and buy products.
The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The rooms are stunning and feel very high end, luxury. The building is new and well maintained. Shampoo, soap and conditioner is a lovely lavendar and mint, natural product.
Upon arrival you are given tickets for on site alpaca feeding and DIY drawing activity. We only did the alpaca feeding which only took 5 minutes but was immensely fun.
Breakfast buffet was well done and more than enough food for only 24 rooms, primarily chinese food but some western dishes.
Location was the only downfall. I thought being only 15 minutes from downtown and the beach would be no problem for a taxi. However, it was almost immposible to get a taxi or Didi. There is nothing else in the area so there are no cars in the area. One night we wanted to go to dinner and waited an hour trying to get a car, before eventually giving up. The staff then helped us to order in food instead. If you are able to get a car, its only around 20rmb to DT, when we were able to get a car.
Overall, I would absolutely visit again and recommend, Ideally with a car.

GGuest UserWhat a lovely gem of a hotel! I was reluctantly (very reluctantly) persuaded to leave Beijing for the weekend and head for the nesrest beach - Qinhuangdao.
The Bullet Train was great fun - we splashed out on first-class tickets and had the first-class cabin all to ourselves. Qinhuangdao was a welcome change of pace from the self-important hussle of Beijing.
The bad things first - the weather was terrible and the beach itself is more 1970s Blackpool than present-day Antibes.
But the Hampton by Hilton was a delightful surprise. The staff are absolutely delightful. Although they don’t speak English, the use of a few translation apps soon explained to them what we needed and they always did their best to look after us.
The rooms are great - we even got a free upgrade to a suite. The breakfast options are many and varied. We were the only Western guests that weekend and the other guests seemed to be Chinese middle-class families. If I had to guess I would say they tended to be from other parts of China as they didn’t seem to be the usual rude impatient Beijingers. It was lovely to see Al the little children having fun with their parents.
So, our thanks to the ladies at Reception, the young concierge guys, the housekeepers and the busy breakfast staff. The owners of the this hotel is blessed with great staff. Thank you all so much for looking after us so well.

VVadimCuveeWe stayed for a day. It is located far from the city, which is why it lowered the rating, although on the other hand the hotel has perhaps the best access to the sea in the area. Your own water park and swimming pool. The hotel complex includes several buildings. In the central one, as I understand it, banquets are held. There is a concert hall. Large restaurant building. We were accommodated in the 6th room and it looked like we were alone, so the soundproofing is difficult to assess. The room is big. Bathrobes, iron, refrigerator, smart toilet: everything is like in the four. The head waiter even opens the doors just like in the fives. The breakfast is really good, even natural coffee. The only thing was that there were no forks, my wife was experimenting with the shelves. Buses do not go here, there are no problems with taxis. I recommend.

The hotel and outdoor facilities convince by a great design and are top maintained. Absolut top Position directly at the wide and clean sandy beach. An absolute highlight is the pool on the roof with a beautiful view of the beach and the sea. Perfect spot to relax and enjoy your stay. The indoor pool area is als very nice.
Our room with large balcony and view of the beach was very clean and spacious. In the outdoor area is a large shallow children’s pool. Nice corners and seating areas invite you to linger. The beach directly in front of the hotel is particularly suitable for families with children. The Hotel also has a children area.
The breakfast buffet offers a large selection of delicious Chinese and Western dishes.
We enjoyed our stay from the first to the last minute!

GGuest UserI recently stayed in room 3129 at this hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The location is excellent as it sits right in front of the beach. The hotel also has a hot spring which is a nice addition, although some areas were not functioning properly due to being broken.
The reception staff was very attentive and friendly, particularly one male employee. However, it seemed that the female staff members were not as willing to work.
I highly recommend trying the massage services offered at the hotel. I had a neck and back massage which left me satisfied.
The breakfast buffet was decent and the dining room supervisor and the reception staff at the buffet were friendly and hardworking. Most of the cooks and servers provided good service.
I would also recommend paying for the dinner buffet as it offers a wide variety of seafood. The only downside was a young grill cook who lacked proper manners when I asked a question about the food. He responded lazily and rudely. Additionally, there was a young waitress with a tattoo on her leg who seemed uninterested in working. While the rest of her colleagues were cleaning and setting up tables, she would simply join them and sit down or play with her mobile phone.
In terms of the room, the cleanliness was below the minimum standard. It was quite neglected, as they only mopped the floor and it still wasn't clean. There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The private hot spring in the room could also use some improvement.

FFelix MakOgandoWe very much enjoyed our stay . Staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful. Very convenient location, a stone throw away from the beach. A mall is about 10 minutes away in a taxi.
The only aspect we feel needs to improve is the breakfast. The menu was always the same which made a longer stay experience a bit boring, not always looking forward to dining. Perhaps changing a few items in the menu every morning will make that exceptional experience. Otherwise, an amazing hotel-keep it up!

CCandiceyuequqiIt was a good decision to stay at Senzeyuan. I read a lot of guides and they all said that hot spring hotels are too crowded, too humid, and too noisy. In fact, it is true. My child's eyes were inflamed, so I ordered eye drops to be delivered. The shuttle bus brought them to the front desk of the hotel. The service was very considerate, and they also gave me souvenirs before I left. To be honest, the beach experience was crowded and dirty. The water quality was not very good, and there were jellyfish everywhere. I was stung several times. But overall, it was a very happy family trip.

GGuest UserWe passed by on the way back from Spring Festival, and checked in in the evening. The experience was perfect. Xiao He at the front desk was considerate and caring. We adjusted our plan to stay for two more nights in an instant. The colors of Arcadia in Beidaihe in winter, the deep blue sea, the warm sun, and the snow-covered ice are wonderful. Thanks to Xiao He for giving us three more days of vacation mood that we didn't want to leave. We will come often next time we pass by!
