The hotel is clean and tidy. The room layout has good lighting. Free parking is available upon check-in. Luggage storage is also available. Opposite is the sea (Pingshui Bridge) and Tiger Stone Beach. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. I recommend Chaopan Renjia (Figure 5). The seafood is relatively fresh. I also had lunch at the hotel which was not bad (Figure 4). Xiaoyu at the front desk was enthusiastic in service.

What a lovely gem of a hotel! I was reluctantly (very reluctantly) persuaded to leave Beijing for the weekend and head for the nesrest beach - Qinhuangdao. The Bullet Train was great fun - we splashed out on first-class tickets and had the first-class cabin all to ourselves. Qinhuangdao was a welcome change of pace from the self-important hussle of Beijing. The bad things first - the weather was terrible and the beach itself is more 1970s Blackpool than present-day Antibes. But the Hampton by Hilton was a delightful surprise. The staff are absolutely delightful. Although they don’t speak English, the use of a few translation apps soon explained to them what we needed and they always did their best to look after us. The rooms are great - we even got a free upgrade to a suite. The breakfast options are many and varied. We were the only Western guests that weekend and the other guests seemed to be Chinese middle-class families. If I had to guess I would say they tended to be from other parts of China as they didn’t seem to be the usual rude impatient Beijingers. It was lovely to see Al the little children having fun with their parents. So, our thanks to the ladies at Reception, the young concierge guys, the housekeepers and the busy breakfast staff. The owners of the this hotel is blessed with great staff. Thank you all so much for looking after us so well.

I come to this hotel at least once or twice every summer for a few days each time; the facilities are indeed a bit old, but the location is still OK, the children are playing on the beach, and the adults are very relieved. I have been here for 17 years and 23 years during the May Day period. I have witnessed the difficult highways on May Day for 23 years, so I don’t plan to travel on May Day. This year, I didn’t plan to travel. On the 3rd, I accidentally opened Ctrip and saw that there were vacancies on May 4th and the special price was 180. I instantly felt that there were fewer tourists in Beidaihe. Sure enough, there were very few people in Beidaihe on May 4th. There were also few cars going back and forth on the highway from Tianjin, and the highway was also very easy to drive. Adults have long been tired of playing, but children like it. In terms of price, Beidaihe is much more expensive than hotels with beaches in Phuket. Phuket’s five-star bedroom with a swimming pool and a sea view room with a direct view of the sea is only 500 yuan and there is free morning. I feel that Aranya and Arcadia are not worth it at all, which is less than 2,000 yuan per night. The level of Diplomacy is still acceptable.

This stay really surprised me! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I could feel the meticulous care. The front desk staff had a friendly smile, the check-in procedures were quick and efficient, and they also considerately upgraded the parent-child room for me. The details of the room are impeccable, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress is moderately hard and soft, which made me sleep well all night. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the brand toiletries have a pleasant fragrance. The hotel's supporting facilities are luxurious. The infinity pool is seamlessly connected to the sea, and you can take a blockbuster photo with just a glance; the children's playground has rich facilities, and families with children can also take a vacation easily. The dining is even better, with a rich variety of breakfasts, Chinese and Western cuisine, and Chinese dinners can also be ordered a la carte, which tastes good. I especially want to praise the front desk staff for their excellent attitude. When I left the hotel, I also gave them a homemade seafood snack gift box, which was very touching. I strongly recommend this treasure hotel. It has been included in my vacation list. I will definitely bring my family back next time!

My family went on a self-driving tour and chose Kangyang Hengyihui as the transition point. It felt very good, the environment was elegant, parking was convenient, the room was warm and clean, and the breakfast was also very satisfactory. Thanks to all the service staff. The women at the reception were nice. The room we rented had two balconies with the sea view. They provide some cooking utensils so you can cook there if you need to. But the room was dusty when we arrived and the room service didn’t take cleaning of the room very important. The worst part was that their towels smelled badly, I hope they do something about that. Overall it wasn’t bad

The room was clean and the service was perfect. They gave our three children three sets of sand digging tools. They were very considerate and thoughtful. We chose three rooms facing each other so that it would be more convenient to take care of the children and the elderly. The parking lot downstairs was crowded, so we contacted the hotel in advance. They gave us detailed instructions on how to enter the underground parking lot and were very patient.

I recently stayed in room 3129 at this hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The location is excellent as it sits right in front of the beach. The hotel also has a hot spring which is a nice addition, although some areas were not functioning properly due to being broken. The reception staff was very attentive and friendly, particularly one male employee. However, it seemed that the female staff members were not as willing to work. I highly recommend trying the massage services offered at the hotel. I had a neck and back massage which left me satisfied. The breakfast buffet was decent and the dining room supervisor and the reception staff at the buffet were friendly and hardworking. Most of the cooks and servers provided good service. I would also recommend paying for the dinner buffet as it offers a wide variety of seafood. The only downside was a young grill cook who lacked proper manners when I asked a question about the food. He responded lazily and rudely. Additionally, there was a young waitress with a tattoo on her leg who seemed uninterested in working. While the rest of her colleagues were cleaning and setting up tables, she would simply join them and sit down or play with her mobile phone. In terms of the room, the cleanliness was below the minimum standard. It was quite neglected, as they only mopped the floor and it still wasn't clean. There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The private hot spring in the room could also use some improvement. The hotel is really close to the beach. The room is big, the bed is very comfortable, the bedding is clean and hygienic, even the bathroom is spotless, and the small cups are very delicate. I like the details very much. There is also a small refrigerator for storing things. The room is well decorated and full of luxury. I will stay here again next time. Recommended

A very nice service, listening to guest’s need. Fruit plate every afternoon with delicious fruits. I asked and got room changed due to noise and smell from kitchen. Also agreed to checkout 2 hours later than regular checkout time.
