We very much enjoyed our stay . Staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful. Very convenient location, a stone throw away from the beach. A mall is about 10 minutes away in a taxi. The only aspect we feel needs to improve is the breakfast. The menu was always the same which made a longer stay experience a bit boring, not always looking forward to dining. Perhaps changing a few items in the menu every morning will make that exceptional experience. Otherwise, an amazing hotel-keep it up!

The lady at the front desk upgraded me to a room with a view. I was a little concerned about the large number of windows, but I didn't expect the view to be wider and more beautiful. I was amazed by the view and it was worth staying here.

The service was outstanding, extremely helpful, very friendly and attentive - many thanks to Joey who was able to help with any question! The hotel and outdoor facilities convince by a great design and are top maintained. Absolut top Position directly at the wide and clean sandy beach. An absolute highlight is the pool on the roof with a beautiful view of the beach and the sea. Perfect spot to relax and enjoy your stay. The indoor pool area is als very nice. Our room with large balcony and view of the beach was very clean and spacious. In the outdoor area is a large shallow children’s pool. Nice corners and seating areas invite you to linger. The beach directly in front of the hotel is particularly suitable for families with children. The Hotel also has a children area. The breakfast buffet offers a large selection of delicious Chinese and Western dishes. We enjoyed our stay from the first to the last minute!

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton. The location is convenient and it’s easy to get around. The room was great and the breakfast was amazing, western and Chinese food. They also have dinner a really good dinner buffet too. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Special Thanks to Joey, the receptionist. He spoke English really well and he was really friendly and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to have great time in Beidaihe.

It was a very pleasant trip. The hotel is very convenient and bustling around! The lady at the front desk upgraded our room, which was very spacious! The library on the second floor is very good, and there are picture books suitable for children. The breakfast is very rich, but the quality is still inferior to other five-star hotels. The service of the waiters in the restaurant needs to be improved. Generally, they will take the initiative to help children with hot things, but the waiters in this restaurant did not, and there was no sense of enthusiastic service.

A true 5 Star experience. The room is top notch with a large window overlooking the sea. Service is outstanding in all categories. Breakfast is full and rich. The hotel dinner buffet is so extraordinary that I say you must try it at least once! We were amazed at the variety of dishes and the quality. Hotel location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk and you can have your feet in the sand or water. The Qinhuang Alley Food Street is also within walking distance or very short cab ride. This food street is very lively and fun to visit especially in the evening. Two other recommendations for things to do are Lao Long Tou (Old Dragon Head) which you can get to by cab. And if you are a fan of the Olympics you really should visit Olympic Avenue Park. Amazing relief sculpture wall over 300 meters long portraying Olympic history. Must be seen to be believed. Thank you to all the friendly and professional staff and chefs at Grand Hotel Qinhuang for making our 4 night stay so enjoyable. Qinhuangdao is a wonderful city with so many different things to do and experience we hope we can return again.

The hotel is in a prime location, close to the sea in the park, very close to the Aranya Auditorium and the Lonely Library, and there are many shops around. The hotel is designed by celebrities, with a clever combination of art, seclusion, and home. The environment is beautiful, elegant, comfortable, very quiet, and private. The hardware facilities are complete and perfect, which matches the hotel's positioning very well, and the overall feeling is very smooth. Yunsong Hotel leaves a beautiful and deep impression on people in terms of service. From the moment the room is booked, the housekeeper will follow up in time. The housekeeper has thought of everything the guests thought of and didn't think of. Every detail is very attentive and considerate, helping to book tickets for the auditorium and library; making reservations to queue up for Internet celebrity restaurants; providing 24-hour almost special car pick-up, on-call, responsive, and very warm. Breakfast and afternoon tea are very good, and can be adjusted according to the guests' preferences, just like home. Going out for a walk on the beach at night, the hotel also provides warm babies, which makes people feel very warm in their hearts. Watching the sunrise and feeding the seagulls, the hotel also provides food, which is great. In addition, the hotel also provides photography services, and every detail is perfect! The vacation was not long, but I was well taken care of here. The arrangements were compact and fulfilling. I would like to thank Mike and every staff member for their warm hospitality and care. After checking out of Suka, I feel that I am not satisfied with anything compared to Yinlu except the sea view room! Yinlu is in Phase 8. It is indeed not so good in terms of location, but the shuttle bus is available at any time! ! Compared with Suka, Yinlu's service will be more timely, and I feel that my needs are taken seriously. The staff is also more amiable. There is also a large bathtub for bathing, and there are large floor-to-ceiling windows and tables suitable for drinking a little wine and chatting slowly on vacation. Although it is winter, but that feeling... who knows Here I have to mention Yinlu's guest relations manager Meng. It is really considerate. He will take the initiative to send the weekly menu of each canteen in the park and the supporting guide of the whole park. He is responsible for telling customers in detail that there is a humidifier in the room. If you take a bath or soak your feet at night, he will also ask customers whether they need to disinfect the bath bag again. Generally, delayed check-out requires the guest to take the initiative, but! In Yinlu, Manager Meng will take the initiative to ask if you need to delay check-out. I am really satisfied. I want to give her a big five-star praise. She is an impeccable guest relations manager who cares about customers and deserves the title! ! ! ! I also felt uncomfortable and had a fever late at night. I couldn't buy medicine to enter the park. The staff of Aranya took the initiative to deliver the medicine. At that time, I didn't know which mobile phone number was the last digit. I said three, which really troubled the staff. Although I don't know which staff member it was, every staff member of Yinlu is ”him”. Yinlu gave me a more attentive feeling. The drinks include oolong tea and sugar-free cola, which takes care of more people, and there are anti-collision corners specially set up for children. I think the bathroom is the highlight, with black rock style, spacious and bright enough. I think it is a smart idea to put the bathtub behind the shower, so that you can stretch more when taking a bath. Bath bags, coconut milk, and even the ”bath with oranges” recommended online are also provided, which is warm and considerate.

Lovely stay, there are a lot of activities you can do in the resort( hot spring, games, live shows) and much more. The staff went out and above to make sure we enjoyed ourselves, Jay the supervisor was very helpful, he would tell about events happening that day and even take us there. It was a great experience we even extended our stay because there was so much to do❤️. I definitely recommend this hotel. There’s a Western restaurant and Bar and it has a sea view.

Second stay at this really fantastic location. It’s such an enjoyable weekend away. The staff are mostly very friendly and welcoming, but I seemed to have the bad luck of being greeted by Ms Attitude who rolled her eyes at me when I asked if she could use English. Otherwise everyone was lovely and it’s a great hotel. The Aranya village is a Great place to visit
