Hotel Family Friendly Qinhuangdao

A very good value hotel with a first-class environment. The facilities are a little old but very clean. The decoration is in the style of a state-owned enterprise, a bit like an old five-star hotel. The front desk service and room service are very good. Electric heaters and fruit plates are provided in cold weather, and questions are responded to in a timely manner. Parking is free, there are plenty of parking spaces, and there is a charging station 600 meters away. It takes about 5-10 minutes to drive to various scenic spots, which is very convenient for quiet in the bustling city. The hotel has its own restaurant, cafe, and entertainment room. The restaurant breakfast is OK, the chef's cooking skills are good. I had dinner twice, and the dishes I ordered tasted good, but the service level of the older waiters generally needs to be strengthened.

What a lovely gem of a hotel! I was reluctantly (very reluctantly) persuaded to leave Beijing for the weekend and head for the nesrest beach - Qinhuangdao. The Bullet Train was great fun - we splashed out on first-class tickets and had the first-class cabin all to ourselves. Qinhuangdao was a welcome change of pace from the self-important hussle of Beijing. The bad things first - the weather was terrible and the beach itself is more 1970s Blackpool than present-day Antibes. But the Hampton by Hilton was a delightful surprise. The staff are absolutely delightful. Although they don’t speak English, the use of a few translation apps soon explained to them what we needed and they always did their best to look after us. The rooms are great - we even got a free upgrade to a suite. The breakfast options are many and varied. We were the only Western guests that weekend and the other guests seemed to be Chinese middle-class families. If I had to guess I would say they tended to be from other parts of China as they didn’t seem to be the usual rude impatient Beijingers. It was lovely to see Al the little children having fun with their parents. So, our thanks to the ladies at Reception, the young concierge guys, the housekeepers and the busy breakfast staff. The owners of the this hotel is blessed with great staff. Thank you all so much for looking after us so well.

The hotel is in a very good location. Pingshuiqiao Bathing Beach is right outside the door. The sea view room can also see the sea in the bathing beach. The surrounding business is very complete, with everything from restaurants to convenience stores. I like the design of the hotel very much. It is a large park. There are currently three small buildings and about one small building under construction. The colors of the decoration in the building are very bright and clean. The hotel room is reasonably designed, especially in the corridor, and I feel very safe when I walk in. The hotel service is very good. The ladies at the front desk will stand up and take the initiative to greet guests whenever they come in and out, and the cleaning aunts are also very kind. Parking is very convenient. The park area is large and there are many parking spaces. I want to say that the breakfast is a bit worrying. There are indeed many varieties, but the tableware is not very clean. All the bowls and plates are hanging with water, which must be unsterilized. There is also milky liquid in some bowls, which has not been rinsed clean. The restaurant is small in size. With such a large flow of customers, this small restaurant is a bit cramped. During the peak meal time, guests always walk back and forth with plates to find seats. I recently stayed in room 3129 at this hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The location is excellent as it sits right in front of the beach. The hotel also has a hot spring which is a nice addition, although some areas were not functioning properly due to being broken. The reception staff was very attentive and friendly, particularly one male employee. However, it seemed that the female staff members were not as willing to work. I highly recommend trying the massage services offered at the hotel. I had a neck and back massage which left me satisfied. The breakfast buffet was decent and the dining room supervisor and the reception staff at the buffet were friendly and hardworking. Most of the cooks and servers provided good service. I would also recommend paying for the dinner buffet as it offers a wide variety of seafood. The only downside was a young grill cook who lacked proper manners when I asked a question about the food. He responded lazily and rudely. Additionally, there was a young waitress with a tattoo on her leg who seemed uninterested in working. While the rest of her colleagues were cleaning and setting up tables, she would simply join them and sit down or play with her mobile phone. In terms of the room, the cleanliness was below the minimum standard. It was quite neglected, as they only mopped the floor and it still wasn't clean. There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The private hot spring in the room could also use some improvement. I have been to Beidaihe twice. This National Day, I decided to visit Beidaihe with my family of four for two or three days. It turned out that this decision was extremely correct. What was especially happy was that two adults and two children stayed in a double 1.8 large bed. The location was very good. It was very close to Tiger Stone beach which was a beautiful place. The streets around this hotel are very cozy, lined with pines. The hotel management was very cooperative and welcoming. The room was very comfortable. I only missed one thing and that was a connection between the lobby and the room. There was a disconnection between the two and it felt like I was living in an apartment room. Else everything was perfect. I recommend this hotel at 北戴河。

I came to Beijing for a day of vacation. I spent 400 yuan thinking that I had set a high-end hotel. Because it was a relatively expensive hotel in Beidaihe, I was looking forward to it, but I think the price/performance ratio is not high. The room is relatively ordinary and there is nothing advanced The projector is also general, and the clarity and size are nothing special. Breakfast is a bit fooled, fifty people's breakfast was quite expected, but the morning is a whole disappointment. Good service, location is OK I have been to Qinhuangdao many times. I think if the price is 200, it is acceptable, but the price is 400, and the price is too low.

There is only a simple clothes hanger, which is still vertical, which is very inconvenient to take clothes. There is no rack for hanging towels. The tissue paper is gone, so I went to the front desk to get it, but there was no one at the front desk. I booked a twin room after seeing that the layout of the king-size bed room was strange, which was also bad. The hygiene is OK, the smart toilet is good, and the hot water is fast. It is not far from Tiger Stone Park and the surrounding area is relatively lively.
