The items in the living room and kitchen of the room are quite new. It is very clean. There are disposable bath towels, toothbrushes, slippers, etc. You can sing k and play mahjong in the villa! What is the matter to find the service staff to reply in a timely manner is also very good. It is also very convenient to play around. You can also order food in the villa. The only downside is that the villa door enters the living room with several ladders. It will be not so convenient for people who want to push the baby car, but overall it is quite satisfactory! Have a great time!

I don’t know if it’s been a long time, but various problems have occurred. In the first room, the curtain control button was broken; later, the front desk helped to change the room to the 11th floor.
There was always the sound of chairs being dragged in the rooms upstairs (whether on the 9th or 11th floor), which I thought was outrageous at the time. No matter how ADHD a guest is, he wouldn't keep dragging chairs, right? Later, my friend changed rooms and discovered that the sound was from the bathroom door. This is completely incomprehensible. Auntie does hygiene every day. Wouldn’t she know which doors have problems? Won't you carry out maintenance and troubleshooting immediately? And after responding to this problem, I can still hear this sound in the next few days.
The most outrageous thing is that other Huazhu Club offers delayed check-out until four o'clock. This time, Ctrip customer service helped communicate, but they only agreed to delay check-out until three o'clock and had to write a review in front of them.

On this trip , I wanted a hamburger from the restaurant for lunch so after checking-in we went to the restaurant to eat . My wife ordered her meal and I ordered my hamburger . Her food came first but my food never came . After waiting 30 minutes I asked the waitress (Chinese only ) where my burger was and she said she never placed the order. I was so confused how she could make that mistake and told her to start making the burger . I had to wait another 35 minutes for a decent burger . After complaining the management team did all they could to make it right and in the end we left with a positive impression of the staff . They honestly did all they could to make the mistake right and we were grateful for their sincere attempt at making things right. Room and hot springs clean and I would recommend a visit here .

I don't think they get many foreign guests here and the staff were especially accommodating to me, even bringing fresh fruit and other snacks to my room as a way of showing hospitality. As for the hotel itself, it is an impressively large building with a classical style; the rooms themselves contain many dark woods that would have been seen in the Chinese hotels of yesterday. Everything is clean and well-maintained and the amenities are that of a far more expensive hotel. The location is within walking distance of the main shopping district but also close to the 'old town', where surprisingly impoverished and ramshackle dwellings can be seen. There is a bus station around 2km away that has services to popular tourist destinations like Jiulong village. The hotel itself may also provide such services but I didn't ask about that this time. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay in Yingde!

AAnonymous UserMy family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gong He Yuan Hotel , and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm smiles of the staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
The lobby was elegantly decorated and created a cozy atmosphere, which set the tone for my entire visit. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean. Our beds were incredibly comfortable, providing us with a restful night’s sleep every night of our stay.
The hotel amenities were fantastic! I especially enjoyed the pool area; which was well-maintained. The on-site restaurant served delightful meals, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. I particularly loved the breakfast buffet — a great way to start the day!
Overall, my experience at Gong He Yuan Hotel was nothing short of amazing. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it!

GGuest UserThis was the first time we were staying at this hotel, and we will definitely be coming back. The rooms are big and clean, the staff is extremely cooperative and friendly. A special mention to the manager Zhu Haojin who was always very helpful whenever we were faced with difficulty and ensuring we had an amazing experience overall. The hot springs and water park were around 500m away from this hotel and there were feeder cars to and from the springs, they were very enjoyable and kid friendly. We are definitely looking forward to coming here regularly.

Excellent panorama 360degree view from the veranda 26th floor. Spacious size apartment- 2 bedrooms & common area.
Excellent variety buffet breakfast & service from staff.
You miss out if you don’t stay here. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe room was small and it had obviously been smoked in, in the past. But it was good enough for what I needed. The price I got the room for was very good in my mind. The staff don't know English, but they are helpful and willing to try to get things worked out. I will say that the room had numerous potential ”OCD Triggers.” Like the light switches that couldn't be adjusted so they all pointed the same way or the useless doorstop.
If you step out of the hotel and turn left, there is a nice restaurant on the corner that the hotel recommended to me. If you are looking for vegetarian options, simply continue in that direction for a few blocks and look for a small restaurant that advertises healthy options. So I can say that the location is near some good food options. Also, if you continue in that direction you will find a lovely park next to the river. It is a great place to take a walk.
