I have stayed here for a few days during the Chinese New Year before, but I stayed at Qitiandi during the National Day. In the first room, the curtain control button was broken; later, the front desk helped to change the room to the 11th floor. There was always the sound of chairs being dragged in the rooms upstairs (whether on the 9th or 11th floor), which I thought was outrageous at the time. No matter how ADHD a guest is, he wouldn't keep dragging chairs, right? Later, my friend changed rooms and discovered that the sound was from the bathroom door. This is completely incomprehensible. Auntie does hygiene every day. Wouldn’t she know which doors have problems? Won't you carry out maintenance and troubleshooting immediately? And after responding to this problem, I can still hear this sound in the next few days. The most outrageous thing is that other Huazhu Club offers delayed check-out until four o'clock. This time, Ctrip customer service helped communicate, but they only agreed to delay check-out until three o'clock and had to write a review in front of them.

It was a nice 2 nights stay in Ji Hotel Yingde. Very clean warm and quiet, we love the bamboo wooden floor and furnitures, which make it a bit of zen experience. Breakfast was OK, the wanton soup was nice and warm for cold morning warming-up with a cup of fragrant black red where the city is well known for. What surprised us was the robot food delivery, when we finished the day and order takeaways, it arrived at the front desk and then the robot helped to get it delivered to our room. Free car park and helpful staff, definitely recommend.
