Qingyuan Hotels with Wifi

I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. To the saying goes, what really makes the difference is the heartware and service in hospitality line, not hardware which everyone can build. 预订了这家五星级酒店的三天两晚住宿，我必须说，房间干净宽敞，配备了各种适合家庭成员使用的设施，如羽毛球、网球、台球、温泉、骑车和射箭等。然而，我们对服务感到非常失望。我们遇到的两名员工一直拿着手机，根本不注意周围的情况。真正让我们恼火的是，当我们下午小睡时，我们把“请勿打扰”的牌子放在了门上，但酒店工作人员还是拨打了我们的房间号码。因为我们正在睡觉，没有接电话。猜猜发生了什么？他们拨打了我的手机。只是为了问是否需要打扫房间。我们去酒店前台寻求解释，前台工作人员起初否认他们打过电话，直到我们向他们展示了酒店的未接来电号码。然后他们说会向他们的经理反馈。到了晚上，万女士经理打电话给我们，让我们感到不满的是，她说这是他们的标准操作程序！哪个酒店，自称是五星级酒店，当客人挂出“请勿打扰”的标志时，他们的标准操作程序是打电话到房间，最糟糕的是打电话给客人的私人手机。这不是侵犯隐私吗？打我们私人电话？这是我们第一次遇到这种情况。我们在以前入住的多家酒店挂上“请勿打扰”标志时从未遇到过这种情况。 经理一点也不感到抱歉，反而显得很防卫。甚至到了要检查我们在房间是否安全的地步。她刚才的话让我很不安。俗话说，酒店业中真正起决定作用的是服务和态度，而不是每个人都能建造的硬件设施。

Qingyuan International Hotel seems to have convenient transportation, with a bus stop right outside and Fengcheng Wharf opposite. However, the actual experience is not satisfactory. The waiting time for the bus is long, and you need to walk a distance after taking the bus to the scenic spot or park. For travel, self-driving or taking a taxi may be a better choice, which can avoid the waiting time for the bus and the hassle of walking, and travel is more convenient.

The environment is elegant and pleasant, the animals are hungry, The mountains and rivers are beautiful, and the food is fresh and sweet! The activities are also good. You can ride bicycles with your children, feed animals, pick mulberries, make tea around the stove at night, listen to songs and sing karaoke. My daughter likes it very much. Just be careful of wasps~they may enter the house, so lock the door!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gong He Yuan Hotel , and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm smiles of the staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The lobby was elegantly decorated and created a cozy atmosphere, which set the tone for my entire visit. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean. Our beds were incredibly comfortable, providing us with a restful night’s sleep every night of our stay. The hotel amenities were fantastic! I especially enjoyed the pool area; which was well-maintained. The on-site restaurant served delightful meals, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. I particularly loved the breakfast buffet — a great way to start the day! Overall, my experience at Gong He Yuan Hotel was nothing short of amazing. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it!

When checking in, the front desk upgraded the room facing the pool for free. Thumbs up. The pool is not open yet. There is a squirrel park and small animals. You can play table tennis. The children like it very much. It is a leisure and cozy hotel with high cost performance.

Super recommended if you want to slow life and relax, the environment is quiet and elegant, the front desk service little brother friendly talkative, service attitude is excellent, and help move luggage to the room. The room has a perfect view and can see the stars at night, very romantic and highly recommended.  

出差清遠2天，公司給了200塊預算，就選了這家，還不錯。150+性價比挺高，房間比那個100塊的賓館大多了，衞生搞的挺乾淨的，除了那個牙刷太小了，其他感覺還可以。前台妹子性格挺好的，沒有充電器還幫我找了一個。感謝感謝。👍早上起來晚了就去隔壁的那個蒸小二吃了早茶，不是很貴，環境也不錯。走廊旁邊還有個洗衣房，洗衣服挺方便的，像我們這樣經常跑的一身臭汗😂他們距離高速口也很近，我們開車好像從樂廣下來10分鐘，別説，還挺方便。哈哈哈。收藏了，性比價不錯，出差到挺適合的。

The villa is located halfway up the mountain. The environment is very quiet and comfortable, perfect for relaxing! There will be a battery car at the entrance of the scenic area to pick up the front desk for check-in, and then deliver it to the door of the room. This may be because there are relatively few people in this villa (this is the largest room in the entire B&B). There were several bees inside when we first entered. After reacting to the front desk, Someone came to deal with it immediately, and then found that the wifi and TV were not working, and staff also came to deal with it. Although the TV still couldn't be used in the end, the children still had a lot of fun. There are not many choices for breakfast in the morning, but the air and environment are well worth visiting. It is really comfortable and relaxing!

After searching for a long time online, I finally found this favorite B&B. A family of four set out in the rain. When we arrived at the B&B, the weather was pretty good. The B&B was very cost-effective, which exceeded my expectations. The environment was very good, and the photos were very good. You can swim and soak in hot springs. There is a children's play area where you can play billiards, table tennis, and table football. There is also an outdoor KTV, and you can barbecue around the stove. The children had a lot of fun, and I also sang happily. It is very suitable for leisure and vacation. The children didn't want to leave after playing, and I also thought about inviting family and friends to play together next time. I look forward to coming back next time.

The service was very good. As soon as I parked the car, the staff was very considerate to help me with my luggage. When I left the store, they were very enthusiastic to help me with my luggage. The scenery was beautiful, but unfortunately the water level was a little low. It might be better in summer. The farmhouse dishes were generous in size. We ordered a chicken and vegetables on the first night. The mother and daughter didn't eat much, but they finished the vegetables and only ate half of the rice cooker chicken. So we only ordered vegetarian dishes on the second night. It's suitable for emptying yourself and being in a daze. Very good.
