Qingyuan Hotels with Wi-Fi

The staff were mazing right from the porters, the front desk young man Casper, received us and enlightened us on how to get about, one of the managers Fancy Su ensured we started off nicely. The environment was full of where to go which we couldn’t complete and have to return to continue. Thanks to all of you who made our stay comfortable.

’ve been here just once. I had a good memory, so I reserved this hotel again as my sibling came to GZ from Korea. I booked two different rooms, one of which has a balcony with a private pool since recently it rained so much, which might not be able to let us enjoy outdoor pools. 雷欣 (lei xin) is a person helping us while staying here. On the first time only my family visited, no one came to us and tried to explain the place or any other things, but this time two women who are pretty good at English guided us and tried to explain the place, which made me communicate and understand them, even if only my husband can speak in Chinese. The room rate is reasonable and all condition is perfect for family travelers. I am willing to visit here again.

I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. To the saying goes, what really makes the difference is the heartware and service in hospitality line, not hardware which everyone can build. 预订了这家五星级酒店的三天两晚住宿，我必须说，房间干净宽敞，配备了各种适合家庭成员使用的设施，如羽毛球、网球、台球、温泉、骑车和射箭等。然而，我们对服务感到非常失望。我们遇到的两名员工一直拿着手机，根本不注意周围的情况。真正让我们恼火的是，当我们下午小睡时，我们把“请勿打扰”的牌子放在了门上，但酒店工作人员还是拨打了我们的房间号码。因为我们正在睡觉，没有接电话。猜猜发生了什么？他们拨打了我的手机。只是为了问是否需要打扫房间。我们去酒店前台寻求解释，前台工作人员起初否认他们打过电话，直到我们向他们展示了酒店的未接来电号码。然后他们说会向他们的经理反馈。到了晚上，万女士经理打电话给我们，让我们感到不满的是，她说这是他们的标准操作程序！哪个酒店，自称是五星级酒店，当客人挂出“请勿打扰”的标志时，他们的标准操作程序是打电话到房间，最糟糕的是打电话给客人的私人手机。这不是侵犯隐私吗？打我们私人电话？这是我们第一次遇到这种情况。我们在以前入住的多家酒店挂上“请勿打扰”标志时从未遇到过这种情况。 经理一点也不感到抱歉，反而显得很防卫。甚至到了要检查我们在房间是否安全的地步。她刚才的话让我很不安。俗话说，酒店业中真正起决定作用的是服务和态度，而不是每个人都能建造的硬件设施。

Welcome fruit on the first day: It was given and eaten Service: Very good. The lady with employee number 8824 was very nice and attentive when checking in. Environment: Very good, river view room, you deserve it. This is our third time staying in this hotel. The location is convenient and we will continue to choose it next time.

The room is clean and spacious. The golf course outside the balcony is green and there is a game going on. The hotel has a golf club service, which is very convenient for food, accommodation and playing. The front desk service of the hotel is very thoughtful. This trial stay is more cost-effective than the two 5-star hotels next door. The free breakfast can satisfy people with different tastes👍. Recommended to stay!

The lobby is magnificent, the peach blossoms are very beautiful, I feel very amazing when I enter the door, the buffet breakfast is very varied, the lady at the front desk service is very intimate, the luggage is sent to the room, the room floor-to-ceiling windows have a first-class river view, and the air quality in Qingyuan is very good 👍 The front desk lady carries me to introduce the hotel

The room is large and well-equipped. The park has mountains, water and hot springs, which is suitable for family gatherings. The air is fresh and the greenery is dense. The breakfast is rich, and there are also lucky bags and spring couplets activities in spring. It was a pleasant stay!

We took the train from Guangzhou to Qingyuan city ,it takes only 30 min . My fisrt impression when I just arrived here was the cleanliness of this hotel , I have been staying in so many hotels around China ,but this tooks our hearth . the room is supper big and not smelly , it's looks like a small appartment that has everything in it , the view from the balcony is incredible as you can see the mountains around you , also the weather is so clean especially for those who suffer from air polluted cities , with all this the breakfast was delecious as you have the right to choose between the Chinese breakfast and western one , what a combination between the two , breakfast starts at 9:00 an until 10:00 am . the city is really beautiful as we had the chance to visit Gulongxia Glass Grand Canyon which only 5km away from the hotel , that places is just amazing and it's definelty worth visit , I advice to visit this place when it's sunny . All in all , if I had the chance to visit this city I would definitely stay in this hotel again .also it's super convenient ,see you in the near future .

Room: Clean and tidy Service: Responsible at work. My son is a few months away from turning 18. He went to the hotel alone for the first time because he was taking an exam. The front desk lady took the initiative to confirm the check-in information for minors with me. She also understood that the child had to take an exam in the afternoon and needed a lunch break at noon, so she specially helped us to delay the check-out at 1:30. My son left his luggage in the lobby and went back to pick it up after the exam. The staff lady also WeChat me what time the child left the hotel. The safety awareness is great, and everything is done carefully, which makes parents feel at ease. On the day of check-in, a gym voucher was also given to my son, and my son was very happy. He likes fitness and the equipment is also very good. I will definitely come again next time if I have the chance. Thank you for the thoughtful service of the staff.

I really appreciate the hotel. I stayed here one night to go to Yao nationality village. I purchased the breakfast. however, I got to know the breakfast hour clashed with my bus schedule to the Yao village. they didn't refund the breakfast fee to the hotel regulation but they tried to help me in another way. They gave me some gifts and brought some fruits to my room. I was touched by their service. If I go to the area again, perhaps I will stay at the hotel.
