Ulasan New World Qingyuan Hotel

Saya datang khusus dari Makau bersama pacar saya untuk merayakan ulang tahunnya di sini. Hotelnya sangat cantik, cocok untuk berfoto baik di kamar maupun di area pemandian air panas. Saya sudah menghubungi mereka sebelumnya dan mereka mengatur dekorasi kamar serta kue kecil untuk ulang tahun saya (kue ini luar biasa enaknya! Sepertinya Earl Grey cheesecake, teksturnya lebih enak dari kue yang biasa saya beli di luar😭). Boneka harimau kecil yang diberikan juga sangat lucu. Pelayanannya sangat baik, terutama Mati yang sangat perhatian dan selalu menanyakan kebutuhan serta memberikan informasi. Sayangnya, saya tidak berhasil memesan floating afternoon tea pada hari itu. Jadi, jika Anda ingin mencoba floating afternoon tea, pastikan untuk memesannya sehari sebelumnya! 🥹🥹🥹

Lokasi dan suasana hotel sangat bagus. Meskipun banyak pohon dan area perairan, serangga di dalam ruangan berhasil dikendalikan dengan baik, sedangkan di luar memang tidak bisa dihindari. Area onsen dan kolam renang tidak terlalu besar tapi sudah cukup, area bermain anak-anak juga bagus, dan keseluruhan lingkungannya rapi dan bersih. Sarapan direkomendasikan di lantai satu karena variasi makanannya lebih banyak, terutama kudapan khas, dibandingkan lantai dua. Makan malamnya mewah dan rasanya standar, tapi tidak ada yang istimewa. Ada satu hal yang ingin saya sampaikan: saya sangat menyarankan untuk mengganti sedotan kertas di restoran dan lobi! Sekarang tidak ada yang suka menggunakannya, sedotan plastik ramah lingkungan sudah sangat umum, jadi tolong jangan gunakan sedotan kertas lagi. Sangat sulit digunakan, ini adalah penemuan paling buruk bagi umat manusia.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay - we traveled with two adults and two kids. The room was clean, staff provided excellent service and there was plenty of entertainment for adults and kids - 3 different playrooms (arts, music and gross motor), arts and crafts activities (included as part of our package), outdoor playground, game room, gym, ball sports, archery, bikes. The property is massive and the whole place is so well curated, with beautiful greenery. We loved waking up to the sound of cicadas and birds. Somehow the place was very zen and also kid friendly. The location is quite far from the train station (1 hour) and there isn’t much around the area so food options were limited and spending in the hotel can quickly add up (food and paid activities were not cheap). The swimming pool was lovely and clean for most of our stay, we went swimming 4 days and for 1 of the days they seemed to be cleaning the pool (but kept it open) and there were bits floating in the water. Otherwise, it was a nice pool for kids, and there was a nice poolside restaurant. Would absolutely recommend this as a resort type holiday for families.

I spent a few lovely days at this hotel and have to give special praise to Mati. The hospitality they delivered was absolutely outstanding and set such a high standard for service. They even kindly reminded and woke me up for breakfast ahead of time to help me skip heavy rush-hour traffic, which was such a thoughtful, personal touch. I truly appreciate their warm, attentive care throughout my stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel is situated in a quiet location. Eve helped us to checkin, she was very detail explaining the hotel . In the evening after we got back from the hot springs we found a cockroach on the ceiling. We called front desk to asked them to remove it, they upgraded us to deluxe room. Both dinner and breakfast was nicer

This hotel is super decent that we love os much. Very quiet place n enjoyed a lot. We also love the hotspring outdoor.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the New World Qingyuan Hotel. One of the highlights for us was how truly pet-friendly the property is; our dog had the best time exploring and playing around the beautiful grounds. A special thank you goes to Xara from the Guest Relations team. She was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure both we and our pup felt welcome throughout our visit. Her exceptional service really made a difference. We will definitely be back!

Excellent hotel. So many amenities and activities - badminton, tennis, pickleball, mini golf, archery, basketball, well equipped gym. The Queen room we booked had its own outdoor tub but the hotel has a very big hot springs - indoor and outdoor. Clean, modern, and surrounded by green. Highly recommend!

What a gem! The Mountain views from the hotel is spectacular. You really feel like you are like in a resort. The hot tub in the balcony was a treat and all the kids activities and playhouse were great for kids.

I’ve stayed in many hotels all around the world. New World Qingyuan is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. From the minute you arrive to the beautiful entrance to checking into your stunning room with views of the countryside you just feel completely at home and relaxed. The soothing music around the hotel takes the stress of a hard day away. The hot springs are nothing like I’ve experienced before. Plenty of space and doesn’t ever feel too busy. The hotel grounds are so lush and green and there’s not a leaf out of place. Lastly for me breakfast is one of the most important parts of a hotel and while travelling through China it can be hard to find an amazing breakfast, but the breakfast here is 10/10. Can’t say enough amazing things about this hotel. I can’t wait to stay again soon.

Good resort for family retreat. Clean amd sizeable rooms. Good service with many kid friendly activities.

I had the most tranquil and serene experience. The rooms are beautiful silent and peaceful with beautiful views. My only qualm was that there was limited to no vegetarian food options. Save for that it was a lovely experience.
