Great place to escape GZ for 3 days, highly recommended.

My family and I stayed here for two days (1 night) in early November. The whole experience was fantastic. Our good impression started with the very helpful rebooting phone enquiries to check about swimming for the children. The reception team were very helpful and polite. The setting and landscape was beautifully peaceful. The spa pools were fantastically clean and provided free water, tea and towels throughout. All staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Some spoke English, but all were happy to converse through the use of translation apps. I particularly want to thanks: Our restaurant host, 蔡泽旋 黄洁仪 (Bobo), who spoke excellent English and was very friendly to the children. The excellent, reception and concierge team including; Du Ming, 陈梦圆, 张永超, 雷欣, 秦梦丹

’ve been here just once. I had a good memory, so I reserved this hotel again as my sibling came to GZ from Korea. I booked two different rooms, one of which has a balcony with a private pool since recently it rained so much, which might not be able to let us enjoy outdoor pools. 雷欣 (lei xin) is a person helping us while staying here. On the first time only my family visited, no one came to us and tried to explain the place or any other things, but this time two women who are pretty good at English guided us and tried to explain the place, which made me communicate and understand them, even if only my husband can speak in Chinese. The room rate is reasonable and all condition is perfect for family travelers. I am willing to visit here again.

Amazing Stay with Outstanding Service We had a fantastic two-day stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. A special mention goes to Feng Yutong, who took great care of us during our stay. Her friendly and attentive service made our experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay!

The customer services were really excellent, after checking in, you will have a 專屬管家 to show you around the facility and guide you to your room. Also if you got any problem, you could contact her via Wechat, and her response was quick. The room is really clear and comfort, it gives us a warmth feeling. Mayland is a lovely resort. Their staff are very kind and helpful. 雷欣（Suet Yan) was particularly helpful. We couldn’t sort our app to get a car and she helped us. The changing rooms for the resort pool needs a refresh. Even just changing some of the curtains and better lighting will make the place look better. Lots of hot springs to pick from. Nice indoor pool. Need to swim with a swim cap though. Outdoor pool in the photos is actually not accessible by guest. Chinese restaurant was delicious. Buffet was acceptable for 178¥

第一次來美林湖温泉酒店，超出預期太多太多，也有很多很多的lucky 🥳酒店的服務人員讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺，辦理完入住都會有小姐姐領航到房間，隊友無意中發現旁邊房間非常nice，我隨口一問，小管家就幫忙升級🥳這可是連升了8級的豪華泡池家庭房，真是幸運神附身🤩酒店的服務人員都非常貼心周到且有禮貌，房間服務也是很快就可以幫忙解決，這是我去過的酒店目前最好的服務👍特別感謝鄭江晴小管家和黃綺麗小姐姐，自助餐廳的倪飛鳳小姐姐和獅子星樂園的孔秀芳和夏少媚小姐姐（排名不分先後），打算暑假還會帶家人孩子過去～
